The view was great. The hotel is looking directly to the beach. It cannot be closer to the beach. The location is excellent. The staffs are very responsive, fast, friendly, efficient. My kids forgot a backpack at the entrance and the guard took it inside. My son was really happy to receive it back. The staffs also gave us quite some options for sightseeing in town.

The swimming pool does not have a heater, so when we came in the middle of "winter", it was not pleasant to swim there.

Spacious modern room with a stunning ocean view I liked the large bathtub in the bathroom Close to beach, restaurants and other services Large breakfast restaurant with mostly asian choices, although they did have an egg and pho station.

Close to beach but had to cross a busy street to get to it. But it is the same for all hotels on that road. It doesn't seem that the hotel gets a lot of international guests., which was not really a problem. It just took a bit more effort to communicate.

I love the location, the hotel in general.

The cleaning services not the best. And the maintenance of the pool , the floor is falling apart, the exercise equipment is rusted and broken.

The sea view was fantastic, the room very comfortable, large and modern it was a great upgrade from my last hotel. Good value for money.

Its not the most central but not bad. The breakfast had limited western options but did have omelet, bread and cereal.

The bed size is a bit small, the man staffs aren’t friendly especially a reception at night, we met him when checked in, his speak wan’t friendly at all, not sure that this is because of his languages…

Because the location was perfect, we travelled very well acrossed the city.

I love the ocean view. The room is clean and comfort. What a king-size bed! It's a good place to take a work-trip. There's a wall-desk, but if you have a lamp on the desk, it will be great. Breakfast is a little bit normal, but I love the soup. The staff are friendly. I will go back here for vacation.

ground floor restroom sometimes has bad smell. Towels look no long new & clean enough.

A very good location along Tran Phu, access to bus station, mall and supermarket a short walk to the beach just accross the street. Staff can refer you a car to airport with cheaper price👍. Place to eat just around hotel.
