Deluxe king with Balcony. Large room. Huge Balcony. Great location. Good breakfast. Reception and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything, the room space was amazing, full kitchen and utensil’s and the sea views were spectacular. The hotel was a stone throw from the beach so a quick dip in morning and evening was a common occurrence no need to use the pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet selection was terrific. The location was handy to shops, bars and restaurants so you there was always somewhere new to go every night.

I couldn’t fault the place it was a fantastic place wish I could of stayed longer

Staff were exceptionally good and most helpful The breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. Kitchen staff were attentive Great coffee. Room staff were fantastic. The front dest attendants exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best value for our budget. Very Very happy with our stay. Thanks, Paris Hotel. You guys could train other hotelier businesses, you are that good.

Hard to leave because it felt like home.

The hotel is not on the beach road but a short way down a side street. We had a room with a balcony on the 14th floor which gave us an excellent view of the sea

Our room had a bath with a hand shower which meant we had to climb in and out of the bath to shower which gets trickier as one gets older.

Pool was small but excellent views. Breakfast was great and always fresh. Location is good. Close to beach and not far from night markets. Parking facilities are good and has a massage on ground floor. Staff very helpful.

Room 1204 was spacious and had an almost unobscured view of Nha Trang Bay. Beds were large and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were also provided daily. We would go for breakfast and by the time we got back the room would be ready. Soap, shampoo, sachets of coffee/tea & water was provided daily. Wi-fi was available in every part of the hotel. The manager Nyut has a good command of English and was able to provide us with queries. Overall the staff is 100% helpful despite not being able to communicate properly due to language barrier. There is a small swimming pool and gym on the 17 floor, both of which we did not use. Breakfast was provided for our stay at the hotel. Although breakfast was provided the food is basic and nothing to brag about. The hotel was good value for money.

Due to the way in which tall hotels are constructed the view of Vinpearl, a theme park on an island across from the mainland, was obscured. Property is old and in need of renovation. The room fittings are old. Bath tub is wobbly and felt a heavier person may put their feet through. Edges of the bathtub was not sealed so the floor was wet through after every shower. However everything would be cleaned up in the morning. Swimming pool and gym also require renovation. Equipment in the gym, especially the treadmill, appears old and needs to be replaced.

Close to restaurants and facilities around the hotel. Close to beach and easy access to the city.

Room doesn’t stay cooled after leaving it without the hotel card room. They should allow us to leave to the aircon on while we are not there.

People ať the reception desk are doing great job. Especially the one in the enclosed photo. All helped with everything I asked for.

I was given a free upgrade for my room when I arrived. It was fantastic! The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is amazing, worth the extra money. It's a quick walk across the busy street to the most amazing beach I've seen in Vietnam. It was a beautiful walk along it for hours. Be careful though as the wind tricks you into thinking it isn't as hot as it actually is and you'll get dried out and burnt if not careful. The water is warm and wonderful to have a dip into the sea. I really enjoyed how close it was to the water , and yet on a side street so it is not so loud with traffic. The view is amazing, the pool was refreshing and the staff were great!

Lack of good Vietnamese food and coffee around it. I had to walk lots to find a decent restaurant.. I recommend Banh Mi #1 if you are looking for the best Banh Mi!

We booked a room with balcony and ocean view. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us book the tour to visit the islands, highly recommended. Breakfast buffet was the highlight, many options and the food was amazing, we had the best cakes there! We liked the place so much that we extended one more night.
