Loved our stay here, the room was clean and comfortable, little balcony with a small clothes line to, cleaning every day if you want with fresh towels and you can also get a pool towel from reception. The pool on the roof has amazing views and has to be the best spot to see sunset behind the mountains. 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of food places on the street.

We didn’t mind too much however the bar on the roof top was closed, maybe if it’s open when busier but other than this nothing.

Lovely spacious clean hotel away from noisy traffic of Nha Trang. Few doors of main busy road and 5 min walk to the beach. With staff fluent in English. Close to cafe and shops and massage places. I had mountain view, very quite which was important to me as I move from main noisy street as I could not sleep there. I extended my stay 3 times at this hotel thats how comfortable I was there. Breakfast has large variety of food selection, hot and cold dishes with fresh fruit and desert. They provide beach towels at reception. Comfy bed and pillows. Aircon works well. Ameneties. Safery Box, Balcony to dry clothing on. Thank you staff for being helpful. I would stay here again as I was comfortable there.

Just minor things: Grey towels smelled funny. But next day they put white towels and they had nice smell. Vietnamese guests were very loud, chating near lifts which I cpuld here in my room and during breakfast chatting accross the room to each other, no regard for other clinets who likes peace and quite. Hotel has "Shhh" signs everywhere but they still dont respect that, maybe hotel staff can politly ask the loud guests to be quit when they see that behaviour at brealfast. Reception asked to keep my passport or leave a deposit or pay in full upfront. I was not comfortable leaving my passport with them, so left a deposit, and once I stayed the night and liked the hotel I paid in full.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly understands the essence of hospitality. Rated at 8/10, this establishment met and exceeded many of my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an immaculately clean environment and a warm, welcoming staff who were always eager to assist. The rooms were well-maintained, showcasing attention to detail in both cleanliness and decor. What stood out most, however, were the mornings. The breakfast spread was an absolute delight. Offering a variety of choices, both local and international, it catered to the tastes of every guest, ensuring a good start to the day. The freshness of the produce and the quality of the dishes were commendable. The staff deserves a special mention. Their professionalism combined with genuine warmth made interactions smooth and pleasant. They seemed to take pride in their roles, ensuring guests felt at home and well taken care of. In summary, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between quality service and a homely atmosphere. It's an excellent choice for those who prioritize cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, and exceptional staff interaction.

The hotel is in a very quiet area. There's a few food places not up to much scratch but will do if you want to eat nearby. It's south of the main built up area which means it's peaceful. Our room had some nice partial sea views which was really good for the price. There's a nice little pool upstairs but they don't seem to use the bar area anymore which is pretty common in 3* and below places in VN. It seemed to have been built to be a fancy hotel but has reduced itself to being a fancy 2 star in terms of price/ service. The staff were really helpful but there were not many of them around. Breakfast was fine too, everything edible but not much choice. But honestly for the price of the rooms it's a great option if you're on a budget but want to stay in somewhere that feels a tad fancy!

Only actual issue was the construction that was going on in the hotel making it a bit dusty and noisy. Not a major issue and it seemed to be for fire protection so that's a sign of a good owner!

Room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly. We were quite high up so didn’t have any issues with noise. The view from the rooftop was great.

The gym advertised left something to be desired it didn’t have a fan or air con so just trapped the heat from the sun and the treadmill and spin bike didn’t work. Cleaning of the roof terrace would’ve been nice as peoples rubbish was just left.

A lovely quiet location but within a couple of minutes of the beach and 10 minutes from the main town. The pool and bar has fabulous views of the city and the sea.

The hot water runs out by 5pm so you need to shower early. The pool and bar area are ok but would benefit from TLC and the bar isn’t actually open although you can sit there.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us feel comfortable and changed our room when the first room wasn’t right for our family.

There was construction noise from across the road and the hotel has the typical quirks found in hotels of this category on Vietnam. But overall we enjoyed and had a comfortable stay. Great value!

We stayed at An Vista Hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised, especially after a long journey. Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was polite, provided all the necessary information, and explained all available amenities. Everything is great. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is a balcony and bathtub which is nice. The view is great. It is very soundproof and the area is quiet at night.

Nothing. If I had to nitpick, probably the fact that you cant close the curtains and use the mirror at the same time in the bathroom due to the design, but that’s it.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. The view from the last floor is really nice.

Some bedsheets were not clean, had stains and sometimes when they were replaced we received clean ones but broken
