The resort was open and airy, pool was great. Room was great with a large patio. Breakfast was great. Short walk to phan thiet along the seawall. No beach. Staff were great

Nothing, everything was good. We checked out early due to a big event next door and sound checks going on for days.

The hotel beachfront photos were misleading. It was a seawall.

Enjoyed only hearing the sound of wind and waves. Very relaxing stay. Borrowed bicycles to cycle to Phan Thiet market.

The staff was friendly, and the place was not too crowded. Free early check-in at 11am.

The place is a bit old, with facilities that should belong to the British occupation. Everything is just pretty old or outdated. Also, we did not know that the beach was unusable because it's not in season. It wasn't the hotel's fault, just the beach. I ended up using the swimming pools instead. The restaurant was kind of not in use just because there were no guests around. The food in the restaurant was overpriced. We asked to extend our rooms by 2 hours, and they asked for a 50% nightly rate. It should have been free, considering how empty this place is. Small bed. Really small bed.

Location was excellent and room was fine and had a lovely sea view.

Service was not consistent and staff had limited English skills. The hotel was having major reconstruction work done which really made moving around difficult. Only one choice for place to eat and limited menu. Poor quality products used in bathroom and not such good quality linen .
