The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests promptly. The hotel is new, and the rooms reflect that—modern, well-lit and comfortable. There is a basement for motorbike parking. Cars can be parked off-street. The 24/7 guards provided a sense of security.

While the buffet was okay, it lacked variety and could benefit from more options to cater to different tastes. The bathroom could use more hangers for clothes as the current setup felt insufficient. Amenities like soap and toilet tissue were not adequately stocked. We had to request them repeatedly during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, there were ants in our room. Although the staff were quick to address the issue, the ants reappeared after three days.

Breakfast was extremely poor: only a bowl of "pho" not even tasty at all, the worst Pho I ever had. The hotel is located in a complex intended for beach tourism. But the development is not yet completed, and to get the 0facilities (eateries, etc.) one has to walk to the older part of the city, which means at least 10 mn or more from the complex.

A relatively central property near the waterfront and about a 15 minute walk to Phan Thiet proper. The room was comfortable and cozy. We upgraded to the king room because of the bed size and it was a little bit more spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The loft of the pillows was too much and should be reduced for a more comfortable sleep.

The bathroom only had a bathtub. However, since the bathtub wasn’t fully enclosed against the wall, I ended up with minor floods every time I took a shower, especially since there was no shower curtain.

Loved the friendly, helpful staff members. The rooms were lovely, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet area. The breakfast was a delight also, very fresh and local cuisine. Something for everyone.

The location is quite far from the downtown area.

Super friendly staff, especially the woman in reception. Warm greets to her, she made everything for my stay and organized my bus tickets.

The location was a bit isolated even next to the sea. There was disturbing noice from harbor ships during the night.
