Great location, just 2min from the fantastic and clean beach and pool area, delicious menu options in the restaurant, excellent wifi both in room and lobby (we did remote work with video calls the entire time). At the beach you can order drinks from the Sailing club. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Also good overall location on the island, as you can take a reasonable 10-20min Grab taxi to either side of the island (Sunset town and cable car, Vinpearl zoo and amusement park, airport).

A’la carte breakfast options could have been slightly better and you could only choose 1 drink, but they were flexible to make changes. Rooms are quite small and there were some tiny ants on the floor.

We had expected buffet breakfast, which was not the case. It was a fixed (one food and one drink), which is too little. The hotel should think of extending the breakfast also because there are no nearby restaurants where one can have additional food / breakfast.

The staff are very helpful, smiling and professional. The only issue is the language. Majority of them hardly understood English, which is a big constraint. They try very hard to communicate and seeing the difficulties they are undergoing, you give up.

Rooms very nice and new, big TV. Close to the beach and nice pool. Not that far walk as other people are complaining. It’s very close and nice. When we arrived the area looked empty and not many restaurant options etc. But we rented a scooter and than this is a good option to stay. Chill and relax here and easy to go around to other busy places.

No iron, in the reviews we saw other people also missed it, hotel replied on a review that it is upon request which is not. We asked for a solution but they mentioned to go ask another hotel…? Breakfast sometimes extremely slow, you need some patience it will come. Motorbike was out, go rent it at the shop across the street. They still had it. When we told all this (and more) issues to the reception and manager, the manager just walked away and let the receptionist who only worked here a week solve it. The guy is very friendly but only sorry.

The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. The bedroom was quietly located and the air cond was so quiet you didnt know it was on, A big plus for me. Shower was great with shampoo and condioner to use,We had the use of 2 beach towels. Position is great very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff arranged for us to hire a scooter for 2 days for only 300,000. When we returned the scooter the staff were so trusting they didnt even check it out. Compare that to other hirers in other countries that look for any reason to charge you for any slight damage which they make up. Sorry to leave we will certainly stay here again should we visit the island. There are a lot of empty units in the same area which was no problem for us . choice of food at breakfast

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. What truly sets Anna Beach apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Khang, Phat, Tu, Thu, and Thu Anh went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable, and I am grateful for their efforts in making my time at Anna Beach unforgettable. The facilities at the hotel are also top-notch, with a lovely pool area and I'd be happy to continue! The new rooms are tightly sealed, so when there's no air conditioning or fan, there's a slight smell of fresh paint upon entering the room. A tip for you is to open the window and turn on the fan or air conditioning for about 5 minutes, then the smell will disappear.

Beach is only 50m far. The hotel is nice and cozy. Staffs are very friendly and useful. We are 6 members in a family (include kids) and all feel satisfied with service here. People who like exciting activities could find this place a little quiet, but we prefer this peace ambient.

The rooms I chose are underground, I could be more happy if I know about this detail before booking. Anyway the rooms are clean and have good facilities.

Create location, the beach was in 3 minutes, sand and water were clean. The sunset is wonderful. The hotel is not big but has very large, clean, light and fresh rooms. The cleaning was very good. The stuff was very friendly, helpful, our stay was exceptionally great. Also worthy to mention Tran Bão Châu, she was so nice with us and accompany us to 3 Islands excursion. We have only positive memories about staying in that wonderful place.

Pretty hard to find different restaurants, but food in local restaurant was good. Also had delivery by Grab.
