This was one of the best experiences we had in recent years. The villas were absolutely stunning and offered everything you need on a longer stay abroad - the washing machine was a particularly useful addition and we made sure to utilize it often. The bedrooms are spacious with clever storing solutions, the bathrooms were gorgeous and fully equipped, the kitchen had all the utensils and ammenities you could think of and don't even get me started on the pool. Fantastic size, perfect temperature, always clean and tidy. We stayed for 12 nights and we would've loved to extend our stay for a further week or so.

Most of the staff had a very limited understanding of English, but we still managed to get around just fine. Since this is a new complex with a lot of trainees, you can expect the proficiency to increase in the coming months. Buggies to the beach club and back are only available every full hour, but you can always call and request transfer ad hoc. If everything else fails, you always have a line of Grab drivers waiting outside the resort, who can take you anywhere for $1-5.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. Our villa was gorgeous, high end, well designed and stylish, and very comfortable. We lived in our private pool which was a great size and well maintained by staff on a daily basis. The villa provided filtered water and there was a good washing machine. Unfortunately there was no toaster. The villa was in a lovely setting, within a short walk to the main resort area. Each villa was incredibly private and had good security. The restaurant was well designed and offered a good range in the menu. Breakfasts were delicious, again providing a good range of Asian and English dishes. They offered soy milk, which was a bonus! Staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough to assist. Anything that went wrong was attended to immediately. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. We didn’t realise this when we arrived as there didn’t seem to be anything on their website, but we certainly availed ourselves of it when leaving. The place is about 800m to the beach. You catch one of their buggies to the beach sister club which is beside the beach. The club was nice and the beach looked good with lots of sand, loungers, umbrellas and clear water, but we didn’t swim there.

The resort did not provide passport protected wifi so we had to rely on our eSIM for connectivity. Their mini market could provide a better range to give more choice of food. A toaster in the villa and a sandwich maker would allow guests to make a quick meal.

My boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was our home for 6 nights. Everything was amazing - service, food, amenities, comfort of the villa etc. I really liked how communication with the staff could be done through an application. they were very prompt with their replies and accommodating to our requests too. We could even request for buggy service from the main lobby to and from our villa, something we really appreciated when it was raining or when we were carrying many things. The villa we stayed in was huge, comfortable and amazing, we especially loved the sunken living room. Huge thank you to the friendly service crew, really gonna miss this place and hope to be back here someday.

The addition of Netflix would have made our experience perfect. But despite the absence of it, there were many channels that were available so no complaints on that front. Other than that, we loved everything else here.

Wow. It was such a privilege to stay at this beautiful Villa Resort. The service was impeccable, kind, attentive. Everytime present but still discrete. We had some wonderful days at this hideaway. A great place with many sports activities, an excellent gym, sauna and steam bath. Very spacious Villas and the staff from reception, waiter, cleaning, gardening or security was always helpful, kind and with joy. Thanks for treating us so well. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this resort. 🙏🫶✨💫

Love the sailing club. This hotel is of a very high standard! Staff are amazing, super accommodating and it has a real family feel to it. This year the food has been elevated to a higher level and the new head chef (Leroy) was amazing. Attentive and really want to ensure that we were looked after. Extremely dog friendly! A little dog bowl with biscuits and a dog bed welcomed our pooch.

Nothing, just hat is there not to like?

The Sailing Club exceeded all my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Phu Quoc and it was largely due to Sailing Club. The staff, facilities, breakfast and everything else were incredible and I would happily stay here again. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing quality and a great selection. The facilities such as washing machines in each villa, private pool, kids club, gym, spa, etc were all amazing. There are also bicycles and a shuttle bus which takes you to and from the nearest beach. I would 100% stay here again and definitely plan to in the future!

The property itself is about a 20 minute drive from the main town of Phu Quoc. If you are planning to do any exploration by foot, go for a short walk to a restaurant etc as none of this is possible as there is nothing in walking distance. Just something to keep in mind. If I had known this prior, I would have purchased more snacks and takeaway food for my stay at Sailing Club as you don't always want to eat at the restaurant downstairs. The other thing I should note is that the restaurant for lunch and dinner was slightly disappointing, portions were a bit small and quality was a bit low.

We all liked the villa, the rooms were nice, the layout excellent, the facilities we excellent but I was surprised for the price that the mini bar was not included, suggestion is to either give the soft drinks as part of the service and leave the other items on the room service menu or don't leave anything in the room. I was astonished for example that milk, which is available in every hotel as a complimentary item in small containers had to be paid for in SailingClub. I paid a significant amount of money for the time there, I expected somethings to be complimentary - tea bags don't count, I even brought my own.

See above, I don't like the face that there is virtually nothing complimentary for the money being paid and if happy hour is from 2 to 7pm it should clearly state on the sign that it only applies to certain items. I ordered some gin and tonics for my family and of course they weren't included in happy hour, that sort of misleading information makes me think twice about returning to the resort. I have been to several other resorts in Pho Quoc and they don't mislead anyone, the information is very clear, very explicit.

Great staff and awesome facility. I will definitely come back here next time. Room was spacious, clean ann bed was comfort. Beach bar is great. Love it.

Food from the restaurant is quite "soso", taste and flavour are nothing special. Breakfast is kinda boring. Actually it is not bad but considering a 5 star resort, the quality is not there yet. Stayed at the resort for a week but from day 3, I only came to breakfast because it was included. Repeating menu and limited options of food were actually the tick-off thing.

The villas are very spacious and beautiful. Fully equipped and offering more than you desire. Great hospitality. All the staff was very welcoming and pleased to offer a very high standard of service. The food was very nice and we used a couple of time the In-Villa dinning option which exceeded our expactations. We appreciated a lot that all our requests very handeled immediately. As the Villas are not at the beachfront Sailing Club Resort offers a shuttle to their own beach Club - very nice as well - great service, great foods and drinks and at the evening they entertain (fire shows, live music) We totally recommend to stay at the Sailing Club Villas if you ever come to Phu Quoc. Thanks again to all the efforts you made for making our stay so relaxed and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our spacious villa with a beautiful pool. The whole resort was very spacious, well thought out with lots of different aspects of the gardens and communal pools and public spaces.

The property felt like it was in the middle of nowhere so getting into some mode of transport made it a bit tedious and not much else to do outside the resort.
