We are very satisfied with the hotel and the spacious family room. Great value for money. Really nice blackouts in the room and comfy beds - we had very good sleep there. Also we are very grateful to the management, who sent to Saigon some of our belongings, which we had forgotten in the room.

Location. It's in one of the ghost towns of Phu Quoc, where properties are built but stay empty. There is almost NOTHING around. Our plan was to have breakfast in a French bakery nearby and have lunch and spend time in Sailing Club (upscale restaurant with a pool). It turned out that French bakery works only in high season - it's closed till November. Bummer. My wife didn't like the salad she ordered in the Sailing Club (from the special anniversary menu) and we didn't come back there again (though my son and me liked our food). You can try our intended scenario if you come in the high season. Alas, for us there were no good places to eat, and even with a short ride on motorbike we found just average restaurants.

We were attending a wedding in Phú Quốc and the Bliss Hotel was situated 3 minutes walk from the venue at the Intercontinental, so it was a perfect choice for us especially as the price was so reasonable. Staff helpful and good communication with information when booked plus they arranged a cab to collect us from airport. Room and bathroom are a good size and all very clean. We originally booked in for breakfast but hotel informed us before arriving that they now weren’t serving it. The whole complex is really quiet and quite empty which is a shame for business and hopefully things will improve for them. The lovely swimming pool is part of the complex. Beach is really near. We found a lovely French bakery close to the hotel, owner so friendly and we ate at the sailing club.

It's very quiet and not a lot of people. We were in October, so not tourist season yet. Newly developed area, so a lot of buildings are empty, but because of that the atmosphere is calm and beach are mostly empty. There are several cafés around, and it takes only two minutes to get to the beach by foot. If needed there are free buggies to supermarket and a free bus that goes to airport and to GrandWorld village on the north of the island (few rider but they are throughout the day so planning is manageable). Overall a truly nice place if you want to just relax.

The staff almost doesn't speak English which makes it a bit difficult

A very new and very nice boutique hotel just a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The staff can help you book tours, rent a scooter, and there is a free shuttle within the resort complex that can take you to a nearby small grocery market. We loved everything about this place except that it is in a still developing resort complex. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but it’s a bit of a ghost town with many vacant buildings around. There are a few good restaurants nearby, but their menus are limited and they are pricey compared to what is available in town. it is a 20 minute taxi ride to center if you want more variety, a real grocery store, or entertainment. If you aren’t sure where to have a taxi take you to explore town center, just ask to go to King Kong Mart. This will get you right to the center of center. The pool is wonderful and we rarely saw it full or had trouble finding loungers, but it is shared by all the nearby boutique hotels so if they are ever at full capacity, I imagine it will be crowded and difficult to enjoy. The walk to the beach is about 2 minutes, but the free public beach is quite small with no amenities. If you want chairs and umbrellas, you have to use the beach in front of The Sailing Club and are required to purchase some food and drinks for the use of the loungers. Overall, it is a wonderful little place on the cleanest beach in Phu Quoc. Just manage your expectations of what the whole resort is like (empty) and you can have a wonderful beach vacation here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel located in a dreamy area of Phu Quoc Island. Its location is ideal, just a minute’s walk from an exceptionally clean beach, perfect for bathing at both high and low tides. The hotel boasts three impeccable swimming pools, which are delightful and offer a relaxing getaway. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the hotel is situated in an oasis of tranquility, far from the noise and hustle of everyday life, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms are simply impeccable, offering a high level of comfort and cleanliness. The bed in my room was so soft and comfortable that I had some of the best nights’ sleep. In addition, the internet access worked flawlessly throughout my stay, allowing me to stay connected without any problems. Another plus was the smart TV in the room, which provided an excellent selection of entertainment. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was absolutely extraordinary. It is certainly a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat on Phu Quoc Island. The service was impeccable, and the facilities exceeded all my expectations.

Budget-friendly option located in a new resort-like development. The complex is still fairly empty but very nicely done with lots of potential. The beach area is shared with the Sailing Club (for minimum drinks/food purchase of 250k vnd you can use the beach Loungers and access the ammenties at the Sailing Club. The Intercontinental is also in the same complex so you are able to enjoy nice strolls along walking/biking paths. There is a fun splash fountain for kids to play in right in front of the beach. While you are a bit far from the main restaurant areas of Phu Quoc, the clean beach and family friendly atmosphere surrounding the Bliss Hotel is perfect.

This hotel was so great for what you got for the price. There were three nice size pools for our use plus the beach was beautiful. There was another pool with restaurant and bar with beach chairs you could use at the Sailing Club right next to us. There also was a free bus that was close by to take to various locations. We would highly recommend the Bliss plus we will definitely return.

Perfect, aligned with the nearby (2 minutes walk) Sailing Club, where you get your beach front swimming pool, 10% off the absolutely amazing food and ambience. Also, next to some little cafes for a quick breakfast/coffee, snacks etc Superb customer service at reception, a brand new building in a sea of empty building with a feel of a resort town, next to a short beach pathway. The hotel is essentially your bedroom-only, with the Sailing Club being your facilities... Do not miss the daily 20h fire show at the Club.

Nothing really, perhaps a little spraying of the rooms for the tiny ants you might find yet not a big deal.

This property is well presented , comfortable and clean surroundings , great location for beach , pool and grocery , secure. Staff are friendly , polite and helpful.

As this property , like all the establishments here are new, the dining area wasn’t open, I’m sure as the area becomes more popular this will in due course be functioning.
