The Golden Tulip was an excellent choice for our family vacation! Our room was incredibly spacious – truly apartment-sized – with all the amenities we needed. The tennis courts were a major highlight, looking brand new and allowing us to play every day. Breakfast was superb, offering abundant fruit and food options. The staff were amazing, always serving with a smile and even helping us practice (and improve!) our Portuguese. Highly recommend!

While our stay was pleasant, the swimming pool quickly became crowded even with a few other guests. A significant missed opportunity is the lack of access to the stunning lakefront area, through the other hotel of the chain. Utilizing that beautiful view would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Super accommodating and friendly staff that made every effort to make our stay special: they even installed a teepee-like tent in our bedroom for our children! The rooms have fantastic beds and huge, comfy pillows, and are very clean. The rooms are also very quiet.

We booked the Golden Tulip because we were under the impression that guests had access to a big pool area and childrens' play area (as they seem to have had in the past and as is indicated by this duplicate Booking.com listing for the Golden Tulip: https://www.booking.com/hotel/br/golden-tulip-brasilia-brasilia.html), but our kids still had a very nice time.

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious. The hotel offers valet service, to park the car 24h. Breakfast is good. It has a nice view to the lake. The hotel is in a quiet location providing a good night sleep.

The pool is disappointing. It is really small for such a big property. The light in the bedroom is weak. We didn’t manage to use the safe eventhough we asked the maintenance to fix it. Slowly the rooms are gonna need a renovation.

The room was very big and convenient. The hotel is in a very good location. The breakfast was good. I liked the staff who were responsive and nice.

The bathroom is quite old and missing some facilities. Clearning gets the lowest points from my side, very often from one day to another I would still find the dirty cups on the table.

The room was old, mold and crack on the walls/ceiling, the carpet was very old and dirty. The pool was embarrassingly small. The property has so much space they could use to make a nicer pool space, instead it's wasted with tennis courts. The pool is more like a jacuzzi. Also hated the fact that you have to pay for parking even if you park your car yourself.

The location, staff are great, amazing room service, the breakfast also pretty good. Some of my guests from my wedding were staying there and everyone love it. Special thanks to the bar downstairs amazing drinks and food was spectacular.

I don't have nothing to say bad about the hotel. I would definitely stay there again another time.

The breakfast is the weak point. Few options and the appearance is not so tasty.

Breakfast…. Cheese bread was sticky. Juice is not cold, only room temperature for a very warm place like Brasilia. There wasn’t bacon either, so a poor breakfast for this level of hotel.

Breakfaast is good, but not excelent. Location is good. Rooms are quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and professional.

The air condicioned in restaurant does not work and it is a big problem in the summer. The swimm pool is small and not compatible with the size of the hotel.

everything was great. The staff, the beds and sheets and pillows were heavenly. I slept so well!!

The breakfast was awkward (finding the plates and flatware and how the food was organized). Just a matter of reorganizing for easy reach.

Spacious rooms, nice view, good value for money.

I missed some amenities, such as a coffee machine and water kettle - I thought they were in the standard package. Next time I'll upgrade to a higher package just to get these two.
