Sound proof room,good shower, very comfortable bed, great pool and saunas,dry and steam, excellent breakfast, not many places in brazil are ready to make omelettes and eggs for you at your request Rodrigo the checkin agent at reception was excellent, great customer service skills with a pleasant nature always looking to help the guests, very easy to deal with Across the road, 5 mins walk has a huge shopping centre, so a great option for food and shopping They have facilities to mind your bags, etc, all those little things are covered.

Nobody came to clean my room, had to call reception, room was cleaned at 6pm, but when cleaned was done perfectly. first world problem but may annoy some people.

Extremely friendly, helpful and competent staff! Although the property is a little dated, the maintenance is really helping the place remain current. Lovely breakfast service and spread.

1) The wardrobe shelves could have been better cleaned, but other than this, the room was clean. 2) The pool area was a little warm, but perhaps that can’t be helped. Everything else was great!

The room size was excellent, as well as the view. The breakfast was good (not excellent though) and the hotel facilities were really good. Staff was lovely and helpful, and they spoke just enough English to make my partner feel welcome and included.

The room aircon was rather noisy, the furniture was looking a bit tired and the toilet did not have a sign not to throw paper in it. That caused a problem... The carpark was OK but not great, and the fees were not the cheapest.

The comfortable room. The breakfast varied and with so many options. The leisure area with a nice swimming pool, games room, beauty salon and barber, massage, and also a family kitchen if you want to make your own meal.

Only the shower pressure was too strong. Besides that all was great

The pool was not not properly cleaned once. There were cans next to the Jacuzzi.

Comfortable and quiet room. The restroom had a bathtub, which is uncommon in Brazil. Breakfast was nice, with quite a variety of options. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

I ordered room service and found the food to be quite little. It would have been nice to have a larger quantity of food. The quality was good.

The people here that work here are very professional and the dinner and the lunch and the breakfast was amazing and the staff is so professional, I have never been in a hotel where the staff works so hard to be in such high standards for the customers. Thank you for making my stay so amazing and wonderful and we will be back trust me. You made our trip exceptional.

Confort ,location, and luxury design complete hotel, they have a beauty salon, massage, games room, convenience, steam and pool, every thing to you need to relax... excellent breakfast, and nice workres.
