The staff was brilliant during the check in. The team was very polite and efficient. The menu at the restaurant was terrific as well. I strongly recommend Mercure at Ribeirão Preto.

staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast table was superb. The property location was very good also.

we weren’t accommodated upon arrival due to an overbooking issue. At least that was told to us at the front desk. we arrived 1am. had a very important appointment in the afternoon. and it took at least 1h30min for us to get checked in. the room had a leaking AC system. and we had no chance to change it since it was the last room available. it was a bit annoying because we couldn’t sleep well due to the leaking.
