This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

Friendly and top notch customer service. Breakfast buffet far exceeded my expectations. Do get breakfast included in your rate. The rooms were amazingly clean and spacious, the gym had everything I needed to do my workout while on business trip -and if you forget your workout clothes, they'll have some available for you :)

The dinner buffet was outrageously expensive. W140,000 (approx. $100). The option was getting a la carte menu, which I was disappointed to see that it was the exact menu from the other restaurant I had dinner at the previous night. So, limited choices. Options were really expensive too. I also did not appreciate the fact that if I wanted to go enjoy a drink at the pub, I had to pay a cover charge because they have a jazz band playing there. Yes, the cover charge was not high, W10,000 (approx. $7), but is is the fact that I have to pay to enter a place and pay for a band that the hotel itself has hired to entertain its own guests.

The Breakfast was awesome, fill with variety and taste is great.! The Room is cozy and bed is really comfortable and would really fall asleep very easily. there is a convenient stall at the lobby, which is well equipped.

the location is pretty far away from the main shopping district and would need to walk about 800m to 1km to reach the restaurants... can be a hassle to walk so far when it rains.. the suana is not not inclusive..

I lost my things at subway , and me and my family don’t know what to do , so we ask one off the hotel staff member for help, he was very kind! He called all the subway station we might lost out things at. Even though, we didn’t find our things :( But I’m really thankful for all the things he had done for us! Me and my family would love to come to this hotel again! :)

All the staff members are very kind! Just 1or2 female staff members wasn’t that good. I don’t know if it’s because we’re Chinese or what🥲, but it’s fine. Just hope u guys can still change a little.

Staff were lovely, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The gym was clean and well looked after. Overall I had a lovely stay.

Location was a bit far from central seoul but transport options were relatively close by and the surrounding areas were lovely to explore.

Loved the breakfast. Loved the staff. The room size was decent. The hotel was simple elegance, and the layout made sense.

Room service was expensive. I did expect Netflix on TV and I had hoped for a bathtub. The slippers were on the cheap side and the mini fridge wasn't cold at all.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were always clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. A big thank you also to Jason Joo for the outstanding service and nice talk!

The only downside was that the designated smoking area is quite far away and located next to a noisy street.

In summary, the entire stay was amazing. A special mention to Sally Lim and the team for delivering on a very memorable proposal. They accommodated well above the normal service of a Concierge team. I will be forever grateful for their tireless efforts during our stay!

The location is superb and close to seoul but without the traffic breakfast buffet is excellent.

Parking can be an issue along with getting to the lobby from the car park. Lack of parking as well as only a single elevator servicing the main floor.

Nice staff and very attentive. Very clean and very tasty breakfast.

They push you to become a Hilton member (for using Wifi,..). Swimming in the pool must be booked beforehand. and the pool was divided into 3 lanes, so you were only allowed to swim in one lane (it was all a bit strict). And don't forget the swimming cap or you'll have to rent one. The hotel is located outside the e-scooter zone.
