Very friendly and accommodating staff. I felt at home instantly. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom was also nice. Free parking, while limited, is a nice touch and street parking is fairly easy.

Walls between rooms are very thin, you can easily hear people next to you and in the immediate parking lot in front. I was next to the lobby (room 15) and I could hear basic noises such as the telephone ringing, attendants talking, and music playing from the lobby in my room. I did call just before midnight and they were very accommodating to keep the noise down.

Fantastic renovation done on what is now a little gem! Lovely check in staff and the room decor was in-theme and enjoyable.

We were never offered a form to fill out for our 2nd day of included breakfast and no one was around to give our order to. The few bathroom products like soap and lotion were not refilled even though they were both empty. If you get there late, parking can be a bit of a squeeze.

Kind of a high end, four star motel in which you drive to your room to park your car but I loved this aspect. Also- good bed, shower, helpful staff and the added touch of a complementary continental breakfast served in a picnic basket.

Prefer just a bar of soap in shower to pump bottles, and a small table by the chair in room to place a coffee or a book would be nice feature.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating - rated a 10+. Internet worked fine and the room had everything we needed including coffee.

The parking was a bit tough (very small) and the Inn only had one entrance off of Sunset Blvd going East only. Traffic was rough and we had to travel around a few streets to figure out how to get onto Sunset going in the correct direction to get into the parking lot. Once we were parked at the Inn, we did not want to leave for fear of not being able to find a parking spot at the Inn or nearby. As the entrance is literally at the stoplight it makes it a bit rough going in and out.

Updated electrical outlets and plumbing, cute inn atmosphere, nice air conditioning unit (very quiet)

Quite noisy as soon as the sun was up as it was right on a busy main road, the shower head needs cleaning to improve water flow (the holes were calcified so the water was extremely pressurized and it seriously hurt the skin and made the skin red!)

The design of this new modern hotel is well thought with a lot of nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. The picnic like breakfast was delivered to our room with no extra charge, so was parking. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not find soap in our bathroom.

The Brentwood Inn felt newly remodeled and classy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The furnishings in the room were appealing and clean. Even though I didn't have a car, I was able to walk (15 min) to several restaurant options.

I had trouble setting the in-wall air conditioner, but that was likely user error rather than an issue with the facilities.

The Brentwood Inn is a beautiful and well kept place. We stayed there when we first arrived in LA to visit family who live in Brentwood, so for us an ideal location, as well as being right off Sunset for people who are in LA for tourism! Our room was perfect for our needs and wonderfully clean. The sheets on the bed were so soft and I slept wonderfully. The reception staff for friendly and welcoming. We liked the Inn so much, we booked it to stay again after we had been up to wine country for a little vacation.

I loved both of our stays, however if I had to say anything negative, I would have preferred slightly better coffee at breakfast, the coffee provided in our room was much better!

Location was great for Santa Monica and brentwood. Really comfortable bed, and nice patio.

Staff were pretty unexciting. Umbrella broken on patio. Was charged more than on third party websites when I tried to extend reservation at the desk.

Room was nice, didn't watch tv so assume it was good, it was like to motor courts from the old days

Bathroom very small, need towel bars, only one towel hook (for wet towels) also for safety small shower should have grab bars. Breakfast need improvement, or just skip it and have good coffee
