The pool was great and heated perfectly. There is also a self service laundry which was great to use before heading home so I had less washing to do on my return. The rooms were nice and clean and a decent size. No airport noise which was great. The free shuttle to the airport was super convenient. Great way to finish our 4 week trip through the USA.

The internet is supposed to be free if you're a bonvoy member. But we were still charged $15 per day. I didn't realise until I got the invoice in my inbox after checking out. I tried to contact them about it. There is no email address I could find and I was on hold for 20mins on the phone before giving up.

I did not stay at the hotel. This is booked for the guest visiting from China. He does not speak English. It is convenient as the guest can just walk from the airport. I did try to give him detailed instructions to find the shuttle but he was afraid he might not find the shuttle so he walked to the hotel. He was surprised that nobody was walking on the street at 4 pm in the afternoon.

The guest asked me to buy tooth brush and toothpaste as he was expecting the hotel will provide to him because it is very common in China. Almost all the hotels in China provide tooth paste and tooth brush. He was surprised that the hotel does not provide that. Also he asked me to buy some snacks for him. I went to trader Jones but it was too sweet. It is hard even for me to find the Chinese snacks on the west side. I lived in mid city. I did not have time to go to San Gabriel to buy Chinese snack.

Wonderful location loved the pool and spa loved that it had music. Comfortable bed

No one told us at 11 am we would get locked out and the keys where deactivated and we where out of room and got locked out with all of our stuff in the room. Had to go down and get another key Wasn’t told we needed the key to get out of parking before we checked out so my boyfriend got stuck in the lane to get out and he had to call someone to come help because we didn’t have the key

Near to the airport, good facilities.

My husband forgot to bring the credit card for the deposit( room fee already paid online), we promised to be back in less than 1 hour and ask the front desk if there was an possibility to let my mom (in her 60s) and my one month old daughter to get into the room first. The request was rejected, my mom and my daughter had to wait in the lobby for an hour for us to join them and pay the deposit. I know there are rules but I highly appreciate that if there is any flexibility under special situations.

We really appreciated the quality of soundproofing – despite being near LAX, we didn’t hear any planes while in the room. The pool area looked great, though unfortunately we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy it. What we didn’t appreciate was the extremely long walk from the elevator to our room and the fact that the windows couldn’t be opened, which made the room feel a bit closed in.

The hotel is located right next to the airport, and it has shuttle bus every 20 mins, which is a great help. The ground floor bar is also nice, it gives you the place to relax, and the restaurant is also good too, with a good ambiance feeling.

The check-in staff was a bit unfriendly, I did not feel that I was welcome to the hotel. The hotel looks outdated, the hall way is dark, and the hall way carpet looks dirty.

The hotel and my room was so clean and modern. It has a shuttle bus service from and to the LA International Airport (LAX), which is/was so convenient. The staff was closely supportive with professionalism. My room has a balcony with nice view and for a dinner party. My family placed an order of food with Uber Eats.

The breakfast was not so much fresh and diverse as my expectation, but a bit pricy. It may be a little hard to find good restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. I used to attend anime conventions that used to be held at this location so I always wanted to stay as a guest for their hotel. Very spacious and comfortable!

It is located by LAX so there isn't much to do around the area. I do miss the previous motif of the hotel where it felt like a tropical resort. Its more "sleek minimalism" now.

We had an email from Cynthia prior to arrival confirming our visit and asking about requests & celebrations. All were provided and we were taken care off exceptionally well. Angie at check in also went above and beyond, extended our check out time and making sure we celebrated the end of our trip. The bell staff were very knowledgeable and offering advice on what to do or where to go. The hotel is clean, friendly and hosts all sorts of events. Highly recommend

Nothing. This was the highlight of our trip in the USA over a 4 week period.

Multiple people in the group I travelled with remarked about being given crappy rooms at first then complaining and being switched to another room. We were a group of Black women so I don’t know if it was a correlation there.

The lack of security of the first floor guest rooms, the insane price of the food.
