It was lovely and very spacious (we stayed in a room that had a sofabed) and happened to have a washer/dryer as well. The bathroom and shower were also comfortable and roomy. At first, we were put in a room that did not match what we had booked, but Troy took care of it. He went out of his way to make sure our reservation matched and made sure we had all we needed. We really appreciated his hospitality. The hotel is near lots of restaurants within walking distance so that was also convenient.

After the mistake was fixed, it was great!

The room is very spacious. It has a small kitchen, coffee maker, table for two to have breakfast, and the best is the laundry machine and dryer in the room. Very convenient for traveler. Outside the room is a lovely fountain garden. The bathroom is also big though not the modern style. But the the water came out nice and strong.

There is a very small window with no blind on top of the door. The light came in from the window. But it's very small and high, so it's ok. but it would be nice if it's covered. It's not the trendy hotel, but the decorations were done in real wood, it makes the room calm and cozy. The underground parking space is very safe, but you have to pay 40USD per day.

My 3rd stay. Excellent location to visit UCLA. Clean with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Each room I have stayed in has a small kitchen with 2 stovetops and washer/dryer but I don't know if that is true of all rooms. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels are so soft and the robe was really comfortable. Good wifi and actually had cable TV which is unusual for most hotels now. There is a small rooftop gym. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I had to move my wall charger to multiple outlets because it would not stay plug in to the outlets. It would be nice to have 2 bath robes.

Outdoor hallways and common areas with colorful tiles and plantings were beautiful & inviting. Having a kitchenette with a dishwasher plus a laundry unit were really great when staying a bit longer. Some of the front desk people went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide us with all that we needed.

The actual room is dated and needs some modernization. We also had a mildew smell in our room. And some other front desk people were not as accommodating and wanted to charge me extra for when my daughter who goes to ucla came and slept on the pullout. In the end I wasn’t charged extra but one of the front desk people was adamant that I be charged.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable. It would have been ideal for a lengthy stay as it even had a kitchen with dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and the courtyard was very attractive and welcoming.

We had to carry our luggage upstairs to get to our room. It was doable but not convenient. There was only one spot in front of the hotel to park and unload luggage. Access to an underground parking garage was not granted until check-in. The parking places were fine for compact cars but a little tight for an SUV.

The property was lovely - clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The room was well stocked with a functional kitchenette that included a fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, sink and all necessary accessories. Some rooms have laundry facilities. Fantastic location too.

We had an allergic reaction to the laundry soap used to wash the sheets on the first night. The staff were terrific when we brought this to their attention. They hand washed a full set of sheets for us and problem solved!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, almost a small suite, with kitchen, laundry machines and a dishwasher included. All the furnishings were fine, the bed just perfect. It had a nice sofa, desk and wardrobe. It's entrance was off a beautiful, Spanish-styled courtyard. The hotel is located just a block from a good museum and the goings-on in Westwood Village. The whole area is very walkable.

The filtered water they offer is in single-use plastic bottles. You get as many as you want, but plastic bottles should be a thing of the past.

A beautiful Spanish style building with roof terrace. Spacious room, very clean. Good cleaning! We get to choose how often we'd like the room cleaned. Location is great. We are here to move our daughter to UCLA. The hotel is perfectly close to the school and the stores such as Target and Trader Joe's. Many restaurants in walking distance. Extremely friendly staff. They greet warmly every time we pass the reception. They carry up my Amazon packages to my room. Air-con is set to perfect temperature. Water pressure on fifth-floor very good. Functional pantry with dishwasher and microwave oven. WIFI is very strong in the room. Note: not all rooms equipped with a washer, check before booking if that's important for your stay. I'd give a 10 instead of 9 if there were a washer in our room. But the staff let me borrow washer in a vacant apartment which is very kind.

I was impressed by the decor, the location, and the staff. Immediately, I was impressed with the concierge staff knowing me by name, writing my name on a cute envelope as a welcome, offering me water every day, greeting me entering and leaving, and being so kind. I had one go above and beyond to help me and that made my day. My room was gorgeous, and I loved the bathroom and kitchen. My accommodations were superb. The location was close to my conference at UCLA, and it was close to Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. I had breakfast across the street. There is a CVS and Target within walking distance too. There are so many restaurants nearby.

I could not find anything wrong here. I loved everything and plan to stay again.
