Convenience location and accessibility

To have to pay for early check in. It's a first for us since we always get a complimentary early check in and not pay $30. Also, not clear how the tank h2o works and fitness but it seems they also charge you $40-$45 per day to access it? It's our first time to encounter that everything has to be paid extra. Still having second thoughts about coming back or using another hotel due to additional charges

I loved that it was right on Fremont as that was the reason for our trip. Everything was clean and nice.

I was bummed when I realized we had to pay so much to get into the pool. I wish there was at least a discount for people staying in the hotel. We ended up not going into the pool area because it was too expensive.

Room was amazing. Staff interaction was exceptional! Overall cleanliness was top notch!

Time set for check in was too late. And the 50$ charge seems a little high. Although we weren't charged that since we chose an upgrade. But for future stays would like the option for earlier checkin.

Always stay here when I visit because it's used priced fair.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. Stain on duvet and used earplugs on the floor on the side of the bed.

Location is great, right in the middle of Fremont St, it is probably the busiest and most crowded hotel but also one of the nicest.

There was a fire in one of the rooms in our tower and there was no intercom warning telling us to evacuate, we had no idea what was going on but loud noises woke us up at 2 am. I finally called the front desk and was told to evacuate.. NOT ACCEPTABLE luckily we were only on the 3rd Floor and right by the stairs, the fire was on the 11th. Floor so were able to go back to our room at 4:30am still not being told anything.. apparently it was started by a vape pen left on the bed.. The fire did destroy 2 or more rooms.. They definitely need a better system Oh and we had crickets in our room!!! 2 Crickets.. That's a first..

Comfortable beds, good heat/AC, room had plenty of space. Pool was very nice, and water slide was an adventure. Location right downtown was a big plus.

Bathroom looked like it could use a refresh. Several rust spots on tub and around door. Shower control knob was wobbly and hard to adjust. Wished we had a frig and microwave, but a room with a frig would have cost $30 more per night, and we were told that no microwaves were available in the hotel. Finally, I felt that the $44 per day resort fee was excessive, considering we didn't use any of the resort features except for one short swim in the pool.

When the reservation was made, I wasn't told that there would be some kind of whoop de do event going on and that I would pay 5 times higher room rate. And the joker at check in acted like I should have been aware of this convention going on. When I do come to Vegas I always stay at the Nugget, but I haven't been there much since 2020. Anyway, I was PISSED to pay $500 for this room. And the guy at check in, you shouldn't assume anything about your customers

The hotel was clean.

The toilet wasn't installed professionally, and the staging to drop off luugage was inefficient. Also, the coffee maker didn't work correctly

Room was fine, bed comfy and nice pillows. Good food in the restaurants.

Fremont street was dirty and smelly. Street performers were almost non-existant and have been replaced by street people sitting on the ground making flowers and crosses out of straw. Way too many kids and babies on the street either playing drums or sitting in strollers while the parent hustled with making silk flowers or ? The other performers were on-demand and had signs that said "performance starts after tip is given" Stayed one night on the strip and will stay there next time for sure.

It was a clean, comfortable room. I was surprised that it was as nice as it is for the price. The staff was amazing. Validated parking saved me the $50 daily fee!! It was nice for someone like me who is looking to sleep/prefers it quiet & not looking to gamble all night.

The resort fee is high for almost nothing offered. The pool is obviously closed during off season. Restaurants closed early. I am not a gambler but I did walk the property quite a few times and the casino is very limited. It looks like they might be about to close. I've never seen a Vegas casino with such little activity. I was downstairs at 1am and saw maybe 15 people. I didn't get the resort fee when there were almost zero amenities. There are a lot of panhandler's not just outside of the hotel doors but inside as well. Security doesn't say a single word to them. In the hour and a half I was downstairs one night, I was asked for money at least 10 times and they dont take no for an answer very easily.
