The location is the best, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant staff and food was spectacular, and the fact there is a Starbucks is the cherry on top. The barista at Starbucks should also get a raise, she was helpful, prompt, and the drinks were amazing.

The room got a bit hot at times, especially the bathroom, due to the A/C only being in the sleeping quarters. Also, the shower head was a bit loose so took a minute to figure it out and fix it ourselves. The glass door to the shower also kept brushing again the stone so it was quite irritating to hear that screech day in, and day out.

Located short drive from airport, Rooms and beds super comfortable, restaurant, bar and coffee lounch on property. Other good outside restaurant walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cannot think of anything negative about my stay there, would definitely stay there again.

I did like the room. I was big and airy. AC worked very well and easy to use. Pool area was nice and staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. They sorted out a rental car for me without any hassle.

The where a couple of things that was not perfect. Firstly the breakfast buffe was good but way to expensive to what you got. The water in the bathroom sink was only pouring hot water...weird. And not a biggie but some of the staff should speak a little better english. Some where good but some did not know a single word.

the staff was the best!!! concierge Alfredo and bell boy Eduardo were attentive, polite, and assisted us with a private guide to take us to the wineries. he was wonderful! at the bar Axel was friendly knowledgeable and pleasant his manager Pilar bent over backwards to assist us! the food from the restaurant at the hotel was delicious!!! very well prepared

the property is a little dated it could use a freshener but while we were there new carpets were installed so good direction

At First I felt like a book being judged by its cover, but in a Matter of a day! That was solved! Everything began suit even more comfortable!

The Hotel is beautiful. Rustic but modern. Kept up to modern standards.

Everything was excellent. Will definitely return. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many choices and options. Omelet station was the best.

I liked everything. Convenient location. Quiet room . Roomy and a bit luxurious. Great breakfast.

Nothing to complain about.
