Their facilities

The staff's attitude. It seems if they are bothered by guests and always trying to act as they are smart and you are stupid. Specially at the reception. A skinny guy with glasses. I was too busy with my work but next time, I´ll put him in his place myself.

It was a short stay to take an early flight, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were amazing. The agent that checked us in was great. She made an effort to speak English to me, which was rare to find in Mexico.

I tried to check out early for a 7AM flight, there was no one available at the front desk for over half an hour. I ended up leaving my keys at the front desk hoping they would be found.

The staff was nice checked us in quick. The room was sooo comfortable and nice! There was a delicious breakfast buffet in morning. It was a nice stay I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Will definitely go back!

There was not really anything to dislike at all. Everything was great!

Excellent very close to the airport. Few minutes from sturbucks,Home Depot,KFC chicken ,Casino and the Movies at Cineapolis Have Walmart,Dominos pizza and Burger 🍔 King Only five minutes driving from the Hotel

Have to clean better Check behind the chairs and the manager need to check the rooms more often ,I think so

Place was clean and spacious. Looked modern and vibrant colors.

The location was off the highway and if you missed your exit turnaround was far off the highway. Very close to the airport but very far away from the city.

Everything we used and/or inhabited. Staff so friendly and helpful, the pool was a wonderful plus in this heat wave Aguascalientes is experiencing. Food very good

Nothing except those ugly fluorescent lights. LED is far more gentle

The room was very well clean. Staff was very nice

What i didn't like is that we got stuck in one of the elevators for about 15 min. Although the staff was doing everything they could to open the elevator my 5 year old was so scared. Thankfully the maintenance guys were able to open it up.

The hotel is located near the airport. Also, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

Great room, lots of space, tub, walk-in shower, table and four chairs,sofa. Couldn’t be better. Great price!! And breakfast!! Good location.
