Everything met our expectations, the staff at the reception were helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I read among the comments that if you want to go to the hotel by taxi, the taxi has to pay to enter the mall’s parking lot, however, if you approach the mall’s parking lot from the entrance of the hotel, you don't have to pay (at least we didn’t have to). So, with proper attention, this can be avoided. We particularly enjoyed the proximity of the mall. It's a great choice, especially for those heading to the airport.

everything is fine. one thing is, oneday at early morning duuring I stayed in the hotel, there is an unpleasant odor from air condition outlet vent.

You have plenty of food options due to its location inside the plaza.

It is a bit noisy, due to its location inside the plaza. I did not feel that the parking slot were extremely safety, tough there is surveillance most of the time.

Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff

My room didn’t have a private safety box and the pool hours. I rented the hotel because of the pool, the hours 8-8, have been at other hotels with pool times 7am to 10-11pm

The personal was always nice with me and whatever I need it . The hotel always clean and nit.

Had night layover in Mexico city. Arrived in one airpot and left from another, so stayed in between. Fiesta Inn located inside closed territory of shopping mall, uber had to pay to get in.

The rooms was thoroughly clean everyday.

One morning I woke up to ZERO WATER! It started as a trickle and ended with NO WATER. We had to wait for the room to be finished being cleaned twice in the late afternoon.
