I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant on [date of visit]. Unfortunately, several aspects of the food and service did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the appetizers were served after the main course, which was very inconvenient and negatively impacted our dining experience. Additionally, I ordered a medium-rare filet mignon, but the first attempt was overcooked, and the second attempt was raw, only seared. Finally, I had to eat it as the chef prepared it and not as I had requested. I hope you take these comments into account to improve your service and prevent other customers from having a similar experience. I would appreciate a response to this letter and, if possible, compensation for the inconveniences suffered.

Breakfast was very complete and delicious. The staff always made an extra effort to provide anything that wasn't on sight. The staff was extra helpful! And the hotel is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults alike. There's no better hotel for children.

The only thing that wasn't as expected was the cleanliness of the men's toilet near the Orange restaurant. And that the tiles in the bottom of the children's pool were loose.

We attended a destination wedding and the facility was exactly what was needed. The very interesting layout of the premises and the views from any room were phenomenal, The staff was always helpful and friendly. Our room was HUGE!

As a vegetarian, the food was mediocre.. Sometimes, finding a quiet place to sit became a bit of a struggle. The towels were a little more scratchy than I am accustomed to.

Marriotts beds are always confortable, rooms are quite big and the service was great.

There was no AC in the room, so it can get quite hot during the day. Overnight with the heater was more than enough.

The staff is really kind and tries to make you feel speciall. Love the way they have to salute you, with their hand in the heart. A nice place for families, speacilly with children.

Still working on the maintenance after the pandemia. It has beautiful gardens and lots of outdoor areas worthed to help them restore them.

indoor pool needs maintenance and towels should be right there, not 3 floor down by the outdoor pool Buffet is expensive, we (6) went to eat outside in Downtown and it was excellent and half price!!

Really nice and big room, with a big bathroom and a really nice shower. Many different pools to swim in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty included breakfast (but we had to remember them, that it should be included as written at the booking side).

Pool area was not so clean and in generals the pool water was turbid and did not smell nice in the inside pool.

The building is old and it could have a better clean up and maintenance
