The personnel was really wonderful. Always kind and helpful, really above expectations.

The room was too hot, including during the night. The bathroom lighting too bright, with no lights near the sink, but all from above. The lighting in the whole hotel was all LED of COLD tonality, quite depressing. We suggest to sostitute at least some areas of the hotel with LED in warm tonalities, which are demonstrated to improve mood.

The hotel has a great location if you are travelling by car and there are a lot of free parking places in front of it. Rooms are spatious and everything is clean. Breakfast is good and coffee perfect! This hotel is a perfect spot for a short stay, or just to have a good night sleep on the long journey as we had. Torino is not not far, so it is a good base for exploring this part of Italy.

Great staff (except one guy from breakfast who really made us feel uncomfortable), room is big and nice / comfortable - bathroom great too. Easy to park, safe and quiet. Very good breakfast !

Good food at the restaurant too but too repetitive if you stay more than 2 days like us. Expensive wine for Italy and the location …

It is a very well maintained hotel and is very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with all questions. Room had all amenities including toiletries, tea/ coffee maker. Our room had a spa bath which we also enjoyed - bath salts were provided in the room. The bfast was also very nice and quite abundant with a choice of sweet and savory dishes and all types of beverages. A big plus is their underground parking which is super safe and is connected directly to the hotel.

The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. Extremely clean rooms and hotel. The underground safe parking a benefit. However out on the streets there’s free parking in a safe location.

Location wasn’t in the town centre, however would definitely stay here again as a base.

From the welcoming staff to the very spacious room, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathroom, to the exceptionally good buffet breakfast the following morning, we had a great night's stay at Hotel Cavalieri. We were able to park directly in front of the hotel, although we were also offered underground parking space. The receptionist tried her very best to find us a restaurant for dinner (it was apparently a very busy weekend in Bra) and provided a list of extra numbers to call, just in case. The only 'but': Hotel Cavalieri is a little outside town, meaning there's a 15-minute walk to the centre, but has the advantage of a being set among parks (great when you travel with a dog) and, from one façade (sadly not ours...), has excellent views of the Alps.

Would have loved a room with a view, although we didn't realise there was such a good one until the following morning ;-)

A very nice hotel at the corner of Bra, with free parking and a nice park with views over to the Cottian Alps and Monviso. It is very convenient for dog owners, since it is pet friendly, you have the park outfront for your dog, and the area seemed generally quiet and thus no real traffic noise or otherwise to upset your dog overnight. The rooms are large and clean, with bathrooms that seemed recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. The breakfast spread was very large and varied and there were plenty of tables and seating for all guests. The reception staff were very friendly, asked us whether we needed help for dinner reservations, and also made recommendations for our next visit.

The pillows are very flat and do not provide much support or comfort.

the hotel was good clean and the staff was helpful especially the old man who’s in night shift he helped us to find a taxi in late night I would thank him again, and the room was clean also the housecleaning kind and faster

The breakfast was not varied and the breakfast place serving was not friendly, and she didn’t know speak English! There was no soundproofing, so at night you are sleeping and you hear the sounds of the rooms around you
