Nice staff.. Clean room. Breakfast was good.

The toilet seat in our room was broken. We did report it to reception , but did not get fixed during our stay.

Over all my staying was good, staffs, facilities all was good. Unfortunately i had some issues. Ac was not cool enough eventhough i had been there all day. When i had a bfast the rice porridge was just like over cooked steamed rice. It doesnt look like a rice porridge at all, i've told to the greeter lady. But no one was rectify it and 1 more suggestion to put cutleries at the egg station thx

Room, bed, food ok

They told us, breakfast starts from 6 am. We were there at -+ 6:15 an no food was ready (except some salad, cornflakes and simple Toast bread) At 6:30 still no food. As we had to go to the airport we complaint. But it took until 6:55 until the food was ready. Instead of 6 am! And no word of sorry or anything else. I've never experienced like this in any hotel before. The food itself was ok. Very warm in the Restaurant and in the hallways/lift. Most ACs were switched off.
