Very helpful and friendly staff; catered for all our needs ( receptionists and special shout out to Ali). Excellent breakfast spread; seating opposite the sea. (Babu and team were polite) Very clean and big rooms; pleasant cleaning staff.Amazing spa treatments by professionals- facials and massage.(janis for massage). Indoor pool good for family for anytime swims. Prime beach location where you can relax on the sun loungers. I would recommend watching the sunset; it's mesmerising. Good selection of restaurants and shops outside the hotel. Overall a delightful and memorable stay.

What a great two day trip. Arrived around 9pm and was greeted at reception by Jona. She got me checked in, answered all my questions and was such a joy to talk with. She also gave me a number to arrange a bike rental in the AM. Had a nice meal at the restaurant, but it was 10pm, and they were starting to slow down for the evening. The next morning, I was stunned by the complementary buffet. GIANT. Lots of options, but the best part was Admiral. He was the supervisor on my two days there, after day one he showed up with the coffee I liked and made sure everything was perfect. The staff at this BW makes this a high end experience. They all deserve raises.

Not that I didn't like it, but more of a statement. The facilities are older, definitely not a modern brand new hotel. The staff more than makes up for any lacking in the facility.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From start to finish, the service was top-notch — truly deserving of 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded on the last night. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our stay memorable. The breakfast was amazing — a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special shout-out to the manager, Jona, whose exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference. Jona’s professionalism and warmth truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Service was 10/10 from reception team, and Deni to showing us up to the room. Lumel from housekeeping, breakfast staff and Klein and the beach staff. Hotel was very clean, everyone was always smiling and any requests were acted on promptly. The rooms were clean and had all the products you need. The beach is very close and kept clean. The location, staff and service has exceeded my expectations. Keep it up!

Whilst the spa was nice and staff professional, the massages were not value for money and the techniques were not quite right. Relaxing massages should be consistent in speed and slower. I was not asked how the massage was during the session, either. I think there needs to be a little work there to review technique and the pricelist.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We stayed a month in their off-season (March). They upgraded us to a suite with an ocean view patio. The room was great with very comfortable mattresses and lots of space for a long stay. The restaurant was large and clean with lots of beautiful patio seating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh - so much food! They also give a beautiful fruit plate at every breakfast which was amazing. The wait staff was kind and welcoming especially Nora and Admiral - we were well taken care of. The cleaning staff was very respectful and accommodating- lovely ladies especially Lump and Nexhi who checked in with us each morning to make sure we had enough water and towels. The front desk would greet us and check in that we were enjoying our stay especially Eva & Ali. We stayed a month and truly felt very welcome. I worked remotely from the room and had no issues with the internet - we ordered room service a lot since I worked evenings and the food was always hot and delicious. We did a few spa treatments- very luxurious and professional staff plus the indoor saltwater pool was very relaxing. Such a lovely hotel - will stay again to enjoy the summer time beach vibes.

We loved so many things but just some minor recommendations for improvement… the lighting in the restaurant at night is so bright, we chose to eat on the patio more because the room was so bright (very silly I know). The rooms have TV and there are English channels but I would love to have Netflix sometimes to relax. Overall such an amazing stay - really nothing to complain about!

Nice hotel where we rented a junior suite (2 adults and 1 teenager). It seems that much of the original charm of the hotel has been preserved. The suite was nice with good closet space, but the bathroom was a bit small, with the shower inside the bathtub. The teenager’s bed was a sofa, which is probably better suited for small children than for a teenager. The pillows were very hard. Small balcony with space for only 2 people. No place to hang wet swimwear. The spa area was very nice, with a lovely indoor heated pool. The gym was small but adequately equipped. Breakfast was okay. Lacking a bit to meet international standards. Large outdoor pool area. The area around the pool needs an upgrade, and the wooden sunbeds need sanding and painting. The bar area also needs a proper upgrade. Very good food in the restaurant, both for lunch and dinner. Good service from the staff. Private beach for the hotel. The sunbeds were a bit worn, but there was good spacing between them. Excellent service from the beach manager, Dino, who was very accommodating. Before staying at the hotel, we rented sunbeds here for almost 14 days, and he was just as service-minded then, even though we weren’t hotel guests. Beach service was excellent. Quick and friendly waiters. There were guards on the beach to ensure that vendors and others didn’t disturb the guests. New rooftop bar with good drinks and a beautiful view. Great service. All in all, a nice hotel with good facilities. Some areas need upgrades, but that doesn’t significantly affect the overall impression. Can definitely recommend the hotel.

Our stay at Adriatik Hotel in Durrës was exceptional from start to finish. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering the perfect place to unwind, while the on-site restaurants impressed us with their delicious cuisine and excellent service. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, attentive staff, and prime beachfront location made our leisure trip as a couple truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was wonderful, and if we had to mention anything, it would be that we simply wished we had more time to enjoy all the fantastic facilities! There’s so much to experience that a longer stay would be ideal.

I had a wonderful stay at the Adriatik. The hotel was beautiful, right on the beach and I had a fabulous room with terrace and sea view which I highly recommend for making the most of the wonderful location. What really set the experience apart though was the service. I travelled alone and the exceptional service and welcoming faces of the staff really made the difference. I would particularly like to thank Jonna on reception, Admiral in the restaurant, Ali who helped with my luggage and welcomed me to the hotel and Luma who cleaned my room. All your help, smiles and fantastic service really made my holiday a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! Regarding the room, the staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they generously upgraded us to one of their best rooms for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was a highlight – a special thank you to Ms. Babu, who made delicious breakfasts for us, even preparing them in an Indian style, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. Overall, all the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks must go to Mr. Ali, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our entire trip.

Very nice location with beach just 50 mtr away. The staff is excellent . Specially the breakfast staff Miss Babu and Admiral. They not only took care of our tastebuds rather suggested us all the possible activities with kids. Thanks to Hotel owner who explicitly requested Miss Babu to take care of us until our stay and not only this he gave permission to serve us Indian breakfast which Miss Babu prepared for us ( mind blowing ). Our stay in Albania 🇦🇱 was remarkable just because of hotel Adriatik and not to forget , the front desk team were so so helpful , every time we needed they supported us . They took extra care for us to book our taxis and made sure we reached our desired locations. Hats off 🙏🙏 My suggestion : kindly use skills of Miss Babu and serve Indian kitchen along with Albanian , this will attract not only Indians around world , also the locals as there is no Indian food available until now .
