The staff were lovely and helpful, clean everywhere, fresh towels and bedding. Balcony was lovely looking out to the pool/sea. The cakes and biscuits at breakfast were delicious!

The location wasn’t great, next to another hotel and that was about it. The breakfast wasn’t the best, seemed like random things like squid/vegetables/spring rolls along with eggs and continental. Then on the first full day there were a couple of huge JCBs digging up the pathway between the hotel and beach, and knocking down the first row of tiles in the hotel. This went on from just gone 9am to 4pm daily. It was so noisy, dusty and not relaxing at all on the beach as we had this every single day of what was supposed to be our relaxing break. It was like crossing a building site every time you wanted to get on the beach.

The wonderful service starts from the car parking, hospitality of the staff, generosity of the manager, drinks and cocktails, colourful kitchen menu with a variety of food and flavors led by a master chef! Facilities that are all on top, pool area, beach and sauna, worthy to mention the live nights that are the delight of summer dinners and not only. It is our home away from home and we wish them only success!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was over our expectation . It has it s own beach , you just have to cross the promenade. It has a nice promenade along the beach . And at night they have "shows". It s very animated . We didnt like the light in the room ( white light ) and the rooms should be a bit upgraded. Also the side view of the " beach" is not that pretty .

It has so much facilities like being near the city, it has a great staff and the rooms are so clean.

Amazing modern facilities with good food and an amazing private beach where the hotel provided free towel, sunbed and parasol. I can not leave a review without mentioning the staff. The receptionists were very helpful, arranged taxi for us, provided us with both early check in and late check out. Also always smiling and wishing us welcome. We were also lucky enough to get a cream coffee as a welcome drink. The cleaning personell were also very kind, always smiling to us and provided us extra towels when asked with a smile.

I can not see any point that I can say I didn't like.

there’s no one help to get ur bags up , there’s no kettle but when we requested they got it for us . breakfast is the same everyday and limited selection

The best hotel, best staff. We booked a room city view with no balcony and the reception made us an upgrade and gave us a seaview room with a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it because it is worth it. 👏🏻👌🏼

The room was big and very comfortable

The hotel and beach are overcrowded for the space. The beach bar is not there. Towels finished by none. However,the staff, the food and cleanliness of the place make up for the pitfalls.

amazing staff the friendliest we had in two weeks in Albania / spacious room and we did get an upgrade for a room with balcony and stunning sea view / very quiet we did get good rest / whirlpool in the room - definitely worth a try / dinner was delicious and great value for the money paid / pool looked very clean and we felt home

A lot of construction outside of our balcony, a bit noisy at times but given the time of year I didn’t mind it so much
