The girl at the reception was very friendly. We were upgraded from a regular room to a sea view for free as it was not the high season and the sea view room was available. This was a nice and much appreciated surprise. There was also an exceptional willingness to help from the manager - the day before our flight we asked the reception to book us a taxi to the airport. The taxi didn’t arrive at the agreed time. They called for another which was meant to come in half an hour but also didn’t show up. Eventually, the hotel manager drove us to the airport in his own car and refused to take money for the ride!! We were traveling with kids and this was truly helpful.

As it was not the summer season yet, there were some construction/renovation works which caused some inconvenience.

Loved the location as centrally located .. tho my balcony looked over the road side not the beach .. I didn’t mind as only in my room to sleep .. also the best thing were all the staff … so attentive . Friendly & helpful

This is difficult as I had a wonderful time .. the breakfast is very limited ( but nice) .. and maybe the decor very dark ..

The view, oh my God! Exceptional! The staff were very nice and most of them spoke English very well. The location is very convenient if you have a car, as it's quite far out of town. The beach is right in front of the hotel. I can imagine return to this place again in summer, as we were very happy here!

We understand that it was off season (November) when we were there, so you don't really expect the pool to be open, but I think this should simply be stated in the description (just say that the pool has no water from ... to ...). I think if the hotel is really full, the parking space will be quite limited.

Would have liked the breakfast fried eggs/omelette to be hot rather than cold. Towels for pool would be useful

Seaview from the balcony. Nice pool area. Very good restaurant with lots of choises. Nice beach with free sunbeds.

Nothing to complain.

The room and the terrace were really big. The hotel is right in front of the beach and directly connected to the promenade, where some restaurants and a supermarket are located.

In early October, although the swimming pool was open, the temperature was too cold to use it.

Nice clean pool with sunbeds, not to crowded. Free sunbeds by the beach as well. Great breakfast and a good restaurant.

Excellent location, right on the beach, in the quieter part of Durrës, pleasant swimming pool, comfortable spacious rooms, friendly staff who spoke English, good parking, nice restaurant for dinner in a lovely outside area, great view from our good-sized balcony.

The breakfasts weren’t great, not a lot of choice and things sometimes ran out.

i have been lucky enough to use many hotels over the years i have to say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in you could not meet more helpful friendly staff the food is 5 star room very clean a big thank you to all who made this a very remarkable stay
