Brand new CLEAN Hotel. The spotless Furniture and Decor are very relaxing. The cleanest(in Albania) good size bathroom is phenomenal. To top that location and view are perfect from all aspects. Add to it the professionalism ,courtesy, and hospitality of the Receptionists especially Mr Ibrahim .

A great hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant especially Ibraham. Rooms clean and modern. Bed comfy and location is close to everything, only a 5 min walk to the castle.

Room was new & clean. Comfortable bed. Big good Breakfast. Staff is great, very helpful. We arrived very late into the night and he stayed up and opened the door.

Convenient for the bazaar and Castle. Large, comfortable room with everything we needed. We ate at the restaurant as we arrived late. It was fine but there are probably better options outside. The waiter was very good (Monday 15/08). Good breakfast sitting on the balcony overlooking the valley.

Parking was a bit haphazard as we had to park at the entrance and leave the key and it was moved a few times for other cars to get in and out. Maybe they have a limited number of spaces in the car park opposite and as we arrived late, this was the only availability.

The hotel staff managed to arrange a private car park for us despite they didn't have enough parking place at our arrival. We appreciate all the staff's efforts from the reception up to hotel owner. The room was quite large and had wonderful view of the city from height. It is quite good located so that one can easily reach the old town just in 5 minutes walk. The hotel restaurant offers quite good meal at a reasoable price. The breakfast was good too.

Good location near the city center. Very comfortable beds. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel has its own restaurant, which accepts cards and euros, which is convenient. The food is delicious, you can also try Albanian cuisine. Beautiful view from the restaurant and rooms. Good breakfast. We traveled in a group of 23 people with our own cars. Since we have 7 cars, the staff helped us park the car in the parking lot opposite the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Room and balcony comfortable and good size. Bed comfortable. Served breakfast adequate. Hotel and furniture and fittings all new and hi-tec with all the plusses and minuses.

Central air conditioning at first not working, on request courtiously fixed. However no glasses or cups in the bathroom and on asking for them the reply was "what would we need them for", yet a courtesy bottle (2) of water was provided in the fridge. Not everyone prefers drinkink from a bottle in this type of hotel aiming for a higher class. An offer was made to leave them on reception, but we had our own so fetched them from the car. Strict regulations forbidding any consumption of own food or drink in the room or balcony. Lack of a table in the room, despite available space.

Brand new rooms, good quality od sheets, towels, spacious bathroom; breakfast was good, hotel situated in a walking distance to the old town, it was a perfect location for a 1-night stay during our Albania road trip. Staff were very attentive and kind.

Nothing, the parking is quite small but the staff at reception would they your keys and maximize the use of the space there, we did not need to worry about parking at all

The hotel is in a good location to the tourist attractions. We got free parking at the door. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Vincent and Deni at reception. The breakfasts were very nice with good variety. The bedroom and bathroom were well equipped and nicely decorated.

Maybe a few couches in the bar area of the dining/bar room would be nice if you just wanted to have a few drinks.

Staff were very accommodating as we had to leave just as breakfast was starting to get to the airport ... they made it a little early for us The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony Great location with just a short walk to the town and the castle

Not a real negative but just be aware that the sat nav brings you up a little short by about 400m Other than that nothing to not like
