Worth every penny The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting north Albania Kukes

The location is in a great spot, since it’s not in the main part of the city but a little outside of the city. The room we booked was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The staff is super friendly and is there whenever needed 24/7. Very friendly front desk, and accommodates to any of your needs. We booked this hotel for our wedding week and it was perfect to get away from all of the chaos. The hotel also provided us an amazing breakfast the morning after the wedding. Definitely would come back next time I’m in the city.

Good location for a stop off hotel, excellent breakfast which was huge and delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well put together, small bar that was a nice spot to sit for an evening drink.

After check-in the man at the front desk had to leave in a hurry and forgot to mention which room we were supposed to be staying in and appeared to accidentally give us the master door key, which meant walking around knocking on doors trying to find empty rooms to identify the correct room. Once we found the right room the cot we requested hadnt been put in the room and the desk was unmanned so we couldnt ask straight away. Fortunately when we left for dinner there was another member of staff we were able to ask.

My family and I stopped here for one night and honestly was one of the best little hotels we have stayed at. Small family run hotel, who go above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome stay. Breakfast was included and was so delicious. Short walk into town where you can find restaurants and mini market. Had car parking right out front so if you arrive by car it’s not a problem. Don’t think twice, book this hotel if you are ever in Kukës!

Modern hotel. Everything cleanly maintained. The staff are kind and polite. Manager Edona, a young lady, puts customer satisfaction as the first thing. This is a family-run hotel. Madam Edona's cousin, a young gentleman, that works too at the hotel, is also a tourist guide and a very good driver. According to the availability of time, he would kindly offer transport services to the hotel customers in need. The hotel serves a decent, healthy breakfast.

Excellent facilities. Great hot water, really terrific breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and we loved the opportunity to relax with a streaming service in our language. Staff were all charming and it was a great stay.

Advertised free parking but it was actually street parking. We needed more security to feel safe with our hire car but they accommodated as best they could and allowed us to park on the small forecourt.

In the quickly developing city of Kukes, this is seems to be one of the best stays. The rooms are comfortable. The stuff is very helpful and communicative. In the traditions of good old Balkan hospitality, we were offered any help in the city, tours all over the hidden nature gems right outside of the city and other hospitalities. The owners are very helpful and make you feel like you are at home, but with the luxury of a boutique hotel. A great choice if anyone is willing to stay in Kukes!

The hotel is in a lovely vibrant town, the hotel itself was beautifully done and the staff were SO friendly and helpful. We are travelling by bike and within seconds of arriving our bikes were stored and my luggage was whisked away to my room. The breakfast was delicious and really beautifully laid out on the plate. It was a work of art. A lovely place to stay our thanks to everyone for making it so.
