We had to ask for a change of room as the basic is extremely small - the staff were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly - pool and sea view was amazing - there were turtles living on the grounds - food was good - drinks etc

The hotel was in a great location and had a lovely sea view from the balcony. The breakfast was a great start to the morning after a nice sleep in the comfy beds. Staff were amazing and helped us with all our needs.

Very flexible and nice staff, they always made sure that every thing is made to make us comfortable as much as they can, room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday, totally recommended.

Private Beach was excellent. Stunning views from balcony. Location was great, short walk to centre with lots of nice food spots . Accomadation very clean and staff are accomadating.

Hard to complain about anything really. Breakfast was okay, but might not suit everyone's tastes.

Nice hotel, we had an amazing view from our room - which was a big family room fitting up to 4 people, btw: very comfortable and spacious room! Good breakfast (highlight and thanks to the lady who every morning gave my baby banana - apparently they removed from breakfast because people would take several to their rooms), good facilities (the pool was very cold, though), beautiful views - the beach in front of the hotel is not easy for toddlers.

Restaurant! Overpriced, regular/mediocre food and worse of all: do not accept cash nor charge in the room and they simply don't warn us or put any sign! Then you have to rush the ATMs nearby and pay exorbitant fees! Don't go, not worth - the money nor the stress!

Amazing location and views to die for. Great pool. Loads of sunbeds. Very clean and great chambermaids Friendly and very helpful staff. (Nothing too much trouble. I wish I could name them personally to say thank you. Many people seem to moan about the staff but if you treat them politely they bend over backwards) Not sure why people complain about breakfast, yes it becomes repetitive after a few days ( but where doesn’t) however within a couple of minutes there are many options for an alternative breakfast for a change. Lots of local food options Peaceful and relaxing

Private beach is not really a beach but concrete area by the sea. Pool does not work No sun beds either we did not see many other guests stay in the hotel as well because its not perhaps the season yet if you are visiting in May/ June better to stay closer to the port and centre as it’s more lively than the area where the hotel is at

Very nice hotel with own pool and beach. The hotel is clean and nice smelling. Stuff is young and nice. Orjona is our love). The number is clean and comfortable. The view from hotel is amazing. Breakfast contains fruits and all what you need in the morning! The family of turtles which are leaving in hotel’s yard are cute! Tha territory is well looking. So it is enough for short story). If you want a pleasant vocation - don’t think - book now)! I wish you all the best Saranda Palace!

The coffee can be better. It will be great to have towels for beach every day!

Great location, near main walking area & many restaurants a few feet away. They have a small private beach, rocky like most beaches in that area, and another bigger beach area right next door with easy access. Very clean and very friendly staff, shout out to Oria and the front desk team, you were wonderful! Great food nice chef!

Get the rooms with sea view, they are larger with nicer views. 30-40 feet of uphill walk when leaving hotel to main road but thats not the hotels fault, and definately nothing big to consider.
