The view was beautiful, the room was nice and comfortable, the pool area is great.

Our room was the panoramic one but it wasn’t advised that the balcony was shared and that was very uncomfortable to know when arrived there. The hotel didn’t look completely finished and some parts seemed still under construction. The breakfast was horrible. No matter how early we showed up, everything was cold. We were made to pay for our coffee at breakfast if we wanted one made by staff, as they stated they had instant available that we could make itself. They have to work on many things to be called a luxury hotel, but after looking at the reviews it seems like they are making an effort to fix the many complaints in the reviews.

Location was very nice, a 15min walk from the center, perfectly secluded from the town. Pool and the private beach, with free sun beds and clean towels everyday, was perfect. Outdoor bar, foods, toilets, showers made everything perfect, as you didn't need to go far to get what you need. The food at their restaurant was also excellent, especially the sushi! The staff at the front desk were always extremely welcoming, polite and helpful! Many markets, cafes, bars and restaurants were very close by, which was nice. The pool parties with a DJ was a perfect setting, however they should organize them during weekdays too, and not only on the weekends!

The staff was often too hard to get, they also often missed basic customer service skills as in smiling and greeting, and it was hard to wave at them to come and ask if we wanted or needed anything. The breakfast was quite good, however there were not enough instructions on how to order coffee and from who, for example.

I liked the scenery, amazing views, very comfortable beds with beautiful quality bed linen. Very clean! A very big thank you to Linda the housekeeper who did a great job and was very pleasant! Swimming pool , beach , sun loungers all great! Even beach towels had lovely scent! Most of staff were very pleasant with exception of a few! The owner Angelo was a lovely young man who tried his best to make our stay comfortable!

Breakfast was what you would expect of a two to three star hotel, pathetic, ! I had lunch also on my first day and took almost one hour to be served and did not enjoy at all however i found a restaurant at beach next door ( next to car park) that served beautiful delicious food , what you get in most Albanian restaurants in general!

A+++ facilities including restaurant, pool and beach club. Everything was clean and new. Owner who is working hard to get it right. Convenient location. Great food. Awesome view. I'd definitely stay here again.

Since the hotel just opened on 29 June less than one week before I checked in they were still experiencing a number of issues that needed to be worked out as was expected. However, give them a few months and I'm expecting great things from this hotel. Lots of potential here just need more time to work out the wrinkles.

The pools, beach ammenities and location were amazing for Sarande standards. The rooms are good, while small and the hotel has great design sense. Valet parking and cleaning staff were awesome, wifi was good. Pool party was entertaining, while loud.

The staff needs urgent training (orders take a long time, get lost, payment is required as one orders food, English is not prevalent) with some exceptions; bedding needs improvement (duvets and beds not made for you); The breakfast is insufficient and lacks variety.

Such a vibe. - Great location in Sarande. - Beautiful pools and beach club facilities overlooking gorgeous views of the coast and neighbouring island, Corfu. - Free use of sun beds around the pool and private beach. - Friendly staff that go above and beyond to help.

- More affordable options for food and drinks around the pool. - We had no issues getting parked during our stay, however when the hotel is at full capacity, parking will be an issue.

The location is perfect. The pool area is stunning and lovely to have access to the beach too. The staff went all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very quirky but lovely and it was great to have something a little different in the decor.

The bed, although a cool shape and very comfy, can cause some small scrapes if you’re clumsy enough to walk into it. The beach is just pebbles but plenty of space for everyone and stunning views!

Our room had a view of a block of flats and the staff were eating and smoking below our balcony. We paid to be upgraded to a sea view suite for our last 2 nights and this made all the difference and the room was twice the size. The DJ at the pool played music ridiculously loud with very little variation for about 6 hours on 3 days we were there. Should definitely be a more chilled vibe and not as noisy .

Great hotel, the manager Angelo is absolutely fabulous. We upgraded when we got there to a sea view room with multiple balconies and it was so worth it - the views from the rooms are stunning. The private beach is lovely and quiet and the pool area has music and djs with excellent sushi and well-priced drinks. We will be returning!
