This is truly a family run hotel where they go out of their way to make you feel like family. Breakfast every morning at the hotel was delicious. We ate dinner at the hotel twice, and it was truly the best we had in Saranda, it was delicious! The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel welcome. They were helpful and went out of their way to ensure people were getting what they needed. For my husband's birthday, they set up a romantic dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea and brought him a delicious birthday cake. It was heartwarming. You cannot put a price on the hospitality we received. It was truly appreciated. It was hard to leave. If you stay here and like rum, ask Konstantino to make you a "Captain Saranda"; it is a delectable, refreshing cocktail! There was a private beach next to the hotel where we spent a lot of time. It cost us $10 USD for two lounge chairs and an umbrella each day. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. It's a one-mile walk to the city center or a $10 taxi ride. There are a plethora of restaurants, dessert shops, shopping, and tourist information along the promenade. It's a nice place for a casual walk in the early morning or evenings before it gets too hot.

The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to maneuver in. The mattress was not the most comfortable, it was not supportive and you could feel the springs in it. But the sheets were very soft. Despite this, we would stay here again.

My reception was full of smiles and warmth from the hosts, who speak fluent Greek-English and, from what I understood, other languages as well. The way they welcomed me made me feel comfortable from the first moment, as if I had visited them before. I found the room spotless, with everything I needed and an endless view of the sea, all the way to Corfu. The parking was quite large, secure, and with several open spaces. Just a few steps from the parking, there are several beaches. The breakfast was the most homemade and delicious I have ever had in hotels. My stay was very pleasant, leaving me with a sweet taste that will definitely make me return. Thank you for everything and I wish you a great season!

The hotel is located right on the seafront but a little away from the centre. It has its own private parking. The hotel is currently under renovation. We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel in a room with a sea view. The room was nice and tidy & it was very peaceful. There was only one person working during our stay. His job covered everything (working at the reception, serving breakfast...). As there is currently no lift available, he also helped us with our luggage. The staff member was extremly friendly!

The breakfast was not very varied. Perhaps it would have been easier for the staff if it had been "self-service". The doors could be better quality as the sound from the corridor does not seal very well. More staff would have been a nice upgrade.

It is a family-run hotel where the owners welcome you with a sweet smile and a great willingness to serve you. They are present at the hotel all day. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the construction work happening all over Saranda. This is certainly not the owners' fault, just something the government needs to complete. I enjoyed the endless view from my room's balcony and had everything I needed.

We had a great time, everything was perfect! We got a room with a sea view and it was the best place to admire the sunset. We truly recommend this place.

They made me feel like family. The owners went out of their way to fix breakfast for me after missing it in the morning, and upon my departure, they drove me to Vlorë, a 2.5 hour drive.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot in Saranda. It has a large enclosed parking area, and as soon as you step outside the door, you find yourself at the sea. The beaches and the seawater are much cleaner than on the other side, far from the noise of cars and nightclubs. The rooms, as well as the hotel's outdoor areas, have spectacular, unobstructed sea views. The owners were very kind and spoke several foreign languages. The cleanliness, breakfast, and room view were excellent. I will definitely recommend it to people who want to relax and enjoy the sea up close, just like I did.

A hotel with a classical structure, surrounded by greenery and with a hotel parking lot in front. What also catches your eye are the verandas, almost over the sea, and a very large terrace with a fantastic view. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Appropriate music at all times 🙏. The breakfast is delightful and abundant and it is served , with a bar that serves coffee, tea, and many other products. On the table, the personal plates were served, either with sweets or omelets, which I liked very much, as they were not touched by anyone else, unlike what often happens with fruits or cakes when they are in a large buffet. I found this service thoughtful and careful for the customers, as there are still so many viruses around. The owners are very welcoming, and the staff is very cooperative with each other. I was also impressed by the patience that this family showed in dealing with some customers who often crossed the line with their arrogant behavior. Respect and admiration for this beautiful, hard-working and cultured family.

We were so welcomed by Konstantinos and his family that words can not describe. Our bus from Tirana broke and Konstantinos waited for us after check in time and come down to receive us. From there we received the same excellent treatment from all family and staff. The location is perfect, you have all you need a few minutes away and in this neighborhood prices and food are way better. The Hotel is super clean, bedrooms with balcony, chilling area with an amazing view, great breakfast, bar and restaurant without leaving the hotel. Thank you for everything we were extremely happy at Kalemi’s, next time in Albania we have no doubt about where to stay.

Lovely hotel a short walk round the headland from the port and off the main road so no traffic noise. Breakfast is different everyday and is delicious, especially the homemade biscuits. I arrived far too early to check in but Cristianos was very welcoming and I could relax on the terrace until my room was ready. I also got an upgrade with a beautiful view of the sea! Best of all is that this hotel is owned and run by a warm and friendly family who create a lovely atmosphere.

Nothing to dislike.
