I’ve stayed in many places, but this hotel stands out thanks to the most accommodating and kind-hearted hotel manager, Aleks. There’s hospitality and then there’s his level of care. From the moment we arrived, he was genuinely attentive, warm, and conversational, making us feel like more than just guests. He went above and beyond, giving us fantastic recommendations for local hotspots, and the best places to explore. It felt like we had a personal guide who truly wanted us to enjoy everything the area had to offer. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and offered a stunning sea view that made every morning special. Breakfast was equally delightful which was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, a place to experience real Albanian hospitality, then this is where you need to be. Highly recommend!

My friend and I booked this for a week. I enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable and clean. The perfect location for exploring southern Albania. The hotel is family-run. The owners were lovely and made us very welcome. They even went out of their way to buy some gluten-free bread for breakfast. It's located on the hill above the quiet port area. The view from the balcony over the harbour was nice. There are many great fish restaurants; the one directly below the hotel is exceptional and very reasonably priced. The local supermarket is a short walk and the main area of Saranda is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Ksmail was about an 30mins drive away. Both are lovely to visit, but are busy. We were given recommendations of much nicer beaches in the other direction by the owners.

My only complaint is that breakfast was served from 08:30, which is a little too late for me.

This hotel is a gem. It's 25 min walk or 10 euro taxi ride from the port and the main bus stop. We were treated as a family. The owner gave us a free upgrade to a better view and balcony room. Their breakfasts were superb with homemade breads and jams. We took a bus to the Blutrint National Park and Ksamil. A Southern Albania Highlands with Gjirokaster day tour booked via GetYourGuide by Albania was a real delight. We are very impressed by Albanian landscapes and its friendly people. We will be back!!!

The location is good. The view from the room is really good. The staff is helpful and friendly. Very clean room.

When the breakfast is free, you expect the coffee machine that is also present nearby to be included. Its not after you order and the drink is ready, that the staff mentions it costs 1 euro extra. It's not a lot, and I would not mind paying that 1 euro for the coffee, since it was really good. ( I should mention that free coffee was available in the buffet ). But this lack of info anywhere, was a surprise. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place gladly.

Relax mea hotel is a small quiet family hotel located outside the city bustle. The room was cozy, modern and clean. The breakfast is very good and varied. Fruit, butter, various spreads, honey, jam, toast, bread, hot dogs, salami, fruitvarious cheeses, eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, various juices, yogurt, pudding, different pastry, The center is a 15-minute walk away . The hotel has free private parking, which is a big plus, because it is difficult to find parking in the city itself, we rented a scooter and had no problems with crowds or parking. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Below the hotel is a fantastic fish restaurant with cheap prices. In addition to Sarandë, I suggest you to see Ksamil, Blue Eye, dinner at the castle in Saranda, etc...

Everyithing was fine, I dont have one bad thing to say

We initially booked for one night, but then decided to extend our stay for two more nights, staying a total of 3 nights and 4 days. Everything was fine – it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. There was a fridge in the room. The bathroom had the basic essentials, such as toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, towels and a hair dryer. The owner, Aleks, and his family were very welcoming.

•Regarding parking, the hotel has its own parking lot, but it fills up quickly, so you're often forced to park around the hotel or on a nearby street, which I didn’t particularly like. However, the area "felt" safe in May, which made it easier for us. •The hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk in one direction from the city center. •Be careful when choosing a room, as the photo might be misleading. It shows a Sea View, while 'Mountain View' with no balcony is written below, which doesn’t stand out much. The reception may inform you that you didn’t select the Sea View, which costs more, as happened to us when we paid a bit extra. I admit it was our mistake. Above all, regardless of everything, the hotel was a good choice.

We enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable stay at the hotel, highlighted by delicious breakfasts and a friendly, accommodating staff. They kindly offered us a complimentary room change to one with a sea view. Since we had an early flight, we needed to have breakfast earlier than usual, and the hotel staff graciously allowed us to do so. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the hotel.

The comfort level of the beds varies across the rooms. Additionally, the sea view rooms may be slightly noisier due to their proximity to the road, although it is not heavily trafficked.

Daily housekeeping - which is great 👍 The breakfast was normal, but hearty and delicious. The staff is very polite and friendly, didn't want to let me leave without having breakfast :) They also helped me get around to the beach, so don't hesitate to ask them for directions or anything! The area is also very quiet. Closest shop is around 5-7min away.

Everything was great! However, please note that the closest beach is a 15min walk away, and the city centre is around 20 min away. The location has the view over a small port, which is very nice, but the area is not very developed.

Clean, modern hotel in Sarande. Spacious rooms, big bed and nice balcony with table and chairs. However not very central but this was not a problem for us. It was 20 min walk to Sarande boulevard, but there were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Onsite parking which was perfect. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast wasn't included but the owner was nice enough one morning to give us a coffee and croissant for free. The owner and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to others. Communication is done through WhatsApp which made it easy. However please note Google maps direction is not accurate - it directs you to behind the hotel. If you carry on walking or driving and turn in left, you'll see it halfway up the road. Really liked this hotel!

Good place for its price. Staff is very helpful. The hotel a little further from the central part of the city. Walking distance about 15 mins. Good fish restaurant downstairs with a nice food. Breakfast was good. Have gym near by, about 5 mins to walk which was a bonus.

Wasn’t happy about the bed, the mattress was too hard. The room is clean and small. Got the email confirmation- it says you can use discount at the fish restaurant- unfortunately it’s not valid (was valid for a couple of weeks when restaurant was just opened).
