It is a solid hotel and i loved my big room and the breakfast. The shower is hot and has amazing pressure which is important for me. The reception desk is very helpful and you can change USD there. I would come back any time!

Some small things surprised me: there is no kettle in the room, nor cups, instant coffee or tea. I had to borrow a kettle at the reception desk.

Most property well-maintained with helpful staff, and comfortable and clean rooms.

Everything was good, but not exceptional, it is typically a hotel for a business trip. The last day of our stay, a group of American went to bed very late and made a lot of noise for several minutes leading me to consider that the noise insulation of the rooms are not good enough.

Breakfast was all Cisco products--I was disappointed. The coffee was good, as was the fruit salad. The women in reception were exceptionally good and helpful.

The guys at reception were not particularly good or helpful. One was so dumb that he caused us a lot of unnecessary anxiety--he was a waste of space and did not seem to be a "regular". The bellmen were not so hot either.

Very helpful staff and great breakfast!

First night we had a room facing a loud club that runs all night and morning, it was hard to sleep and rest. But the staff was accommodating and we switched for the rest of the stay to the quiet side.

Very clean, the staffs are very polite and kind. The best shower ever that I have taken!!! Gorgeous bathroom, nice bed and pillow, that’s not a room that is a loft!! Very good!

The neighbor is not amazing, but the Hotel make the worth ok!

Asked for a quiet room, had a quiet room, thank a lot for that. Good location : Neighbourhood is much more local than San Telmo area Some good restaurants at walking distance.

We were never sure what food was available in an evening, only groups could use the restaurant. We did have a bar snack one evening but from a limited menu

Clean, bright, friendly hotel. Good bathrooms and very clean rooms.

Location was poor. Wasn't near anything useful apart from Carrefour expresses. Cleaners claimed we had used the minibar, but reception cancelled this straight away.

The floor I was on was quiet and the wifi was good. There was a minor issue with the connection dropping but once the front desk was notified they had someone come and fix it right away! They were great with communicating and the cleaning staff cleaned my room after I left for DINNER one night. it was great.

Everything was great!!! Front Desk workers are very nice!!!Everytime are ready to help with pleasure!
