The hotel is well situated close to shops, supermarkets and easy access to several tourist attractions on a walking distance. We didn´t include the breakfast on our reservation an it was definitely not worth it.

The shower has a design defect and the water gets all over the bathroom. Also, we had an inconvenience they moved us from our initial room to a new room where the beds weren't as comfortable and we could hear the noise from the room next door.

Our superior double was spacious and quiet. Water pressure in the shower is good. We stayed two different times, before and after doing the W trek. Both times we had a superior double, one on the 6th floor and one on the 8th floor, so we didn't hear any noise from the street. The front desk staff were nice and the breakfast, upstairs on the 11th floor was good. Overall our stay was ok, just didn't seem worth the price as compared to others in BA. Personally, I prob wouldn't stay there again...we were there because that was the hotel G adventures chose for our w trek trip.

The hotel is very run-down. The beds were a u-shape (lower in the middle than on the ends). The floors were cracked in the hallway (6th floor) and creaky in the room. The tracks for the blackout curtains in our room on the 6th floor (#604) were broken so you couldn't close them. There was an open screw, the remainder of the door stop, in the bathroom that could really hurt you if you stepped on it when using the bidet. The barrier between the shower and bathroom floor in our room on the 8th floor was angled such that water ran off of the glass wall, into the top of it, and then into the bathroom floor, flooding it instead of keeping it in the shower. The towels were kind of old and a bit thin (not very fluffy).

Our group had an amazing experience during our stay at UP Americas Plaza. From the start, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our group. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While we had a great time overall, we did notice that sometimes the staff took a bit longer to respond to our requests. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience significantly. Overall, our group had a fantastic time at UP Americas Plaza and would highly recommend it to others. We'd rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10.

A pleasant, homey touch in the middle of the city. My best friend/dog and i had a nice stay with the convenience of the car park next door with easy access even on a rainy day we kept dry. And a French convenience store right across the street! Arrived at the hotel with a puncture, hotel staff kindly collaborated with car park staff to help change the tyre - mucha gracias!

Although the armchair in the room was a little tired, my best friend had good snoozes.

Location is close to the city centre but sadly there is plenty of homeless people in the street nearby. Hotel has 24 hours reception - check in could be done at any time, very helpful Rooms and bathroom are big and spacious Very clean

We stayed few times in this hotel. Last room they gave to us was a bit old and beds smaller that usual - room 905. Hair dresser was not working in that room. Water is leaking from the shower in some of the rooms, not all of them. Breakfast 7700 pesos, a bit expensive but very good views and bufet. There isn't enough light in the centre of the room. It is not the best location if you are going to go out during the night and come back to hotel late and walking.

Staff are really friendly and receptionist available even past midnight. we came back from a night out around 2am and lost our key card, tried calling the hotel while we are at the restaurant and no one is picking up. But thankfully there is someone to help us get inside when we arrived and issued a replacement card. They also allowed us to check in early(good thing there is already a room available). But if they are fully booked, they can definitely store your luggages.

First night booked from tour, night before was organised to enable to stay in room, by the morning when going for walk locked the room, moved the room but at no point was I notified,took another 40 min from the tour guide to enable to empty the as wanted payment , card in the room, made me move 2 hours and lot of stress , desk guy didn't get it, nor care, plumbing faulty? I am a plumber nothing wrong with room, power game

Good, basic, no frills hotel. Our room had a kitchenette and was spacious. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure. The location worked for us...easy to walk to restaurants and main streets

The beds were very soft and saggy. Amazingly it didn't bother our backs but the way they looked had us worried (huge sage in the middle, feet end higher than the head). The shower design resulted in a lot of water flowing onto the bathroom floor (as others have noted).

The hotel is very well located at the center of Buenos Aires. Room was sufficiently spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok, but more fruit and a bigger choice of eggs would have been nice (they only prepared scrambled eggs). Staff was friendly and forthcoming. They gave me an early check-in and prepared a breakfast to go on the day of departure, since I had to leave early in the morning.

This is clearly not the hotel's fault, but with the parallel currency exchange rates the prices on Booking do not reflect the real value of the room. It should be said, however, that the hotel offered the possibility to pay cash at a more convenient exchange rate. The hotel is generally ok, but slightly run down. The shower is leaking and I always ended up with water on the bathroom floor.

The staff was helpful, kind, and very easy to speak to (: very nice energy.

Mold in the vents up above the bed i think. Not good for health reasons. But the rest of the room was nice! Maybe have some sugar and sugar free sugar for guests near the coffee / tea cups.
