I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Uno Suites. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect and made the location ideal, such as being close to attractions, public transport, etc.. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the service – every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would highly recommend Uno Suites in Buenos Aires to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay.

First of all, location of the hotel is just perfect, right behind Congresso Nacional de Argentina, which you can admire from the terrace on the 14th floor. Secondly, rooms are very spacious comparing to other accomodations in Buenos Aires. Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful! Got stuck in other city due to the thunderstorm and flight cancellation while my belongings were still in this hotel in my room, contacted staff via WhatsApp and they arranged for me a free late check out taking into account the circumstances.

Wifi could be better on higher floors. Sometimes it doesn't work.

We came early (11:00) and asked for an early check in and the room was available for early check in but the prize was like extra $60. I thought that was a bit too much..

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of some main historical landmarks. The rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast options could be better as they only serve pastries, some fruit, tea and coffee.

The staff and hotel are hard to beat anywhere in Buenos Aires. The location is excellent for the Congresso Area and close to Puerto Madero by taxi. The rooms are large and scrupulously clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Subway practically outside the door. The staff make this hotel a great place to be.

Nice, clean rooms in a great central location in town. The beds were potentially the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in! The staff was nice and helpful. We were only there one night and I wish we had stayed longer.

Cleaning had missed a food container under one of the beds. Congresso area a little rough.
