Location and price. Breakfast was also reasonable.

One of the cleaning staff was a bit aggressive I would say. I was trying to enter the gym and she was working in the corridor leading to it. I don’t understand Spanish but seamed like she was scolding a client to me. I ignored her and went to the gym. Not really the best experience, the hotel needs to give service training to her and if they wanted to block a corridor in part momentarily they could use a sign for instance.

Very nice looking hotel upon entrance. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast which is a buffet style with unlimited pick of pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee and juices. Don't understand the level of criticism the breakfast gets on other reviews here! The pool was lovely and well maintained. Staff were friendly but could be more attentive!

Upon entrance, there were 3 members of staff behind reception, including one manager. We stood and waited for 2-3 minutes in front of them before they even acknowledged us and said hello. They were just chatting amongst themselves and laughing. Not exactly the way guests should be welcomed to a hotel! Also the whole 'no food or drink' in the room is a bit ridiculous for a hotel of this standard. I have never experienced this rule in another hotel before.

Pool and gym were good. Subway nearby.

Breakfasts were carb heavy. No food or alcohol allowed in rooms (although a fridge is provided).

The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. I’d expected a bit more options from such a relatively nice hotel.

It was comfortable, good bang for your buck, good location (close to a really cool church called San Expeditus) and lots of nice shops and markets closeby. The room itself is comfortable, and the restaurant is yummy (yes it is argentina and everything is yummy in argentina)

The shower was kind of strange, no shower door. Difficult to get drinks etc, no fountain, or options to buy water bottles.

washroom at lobby is all in black, so dark, I personally don't trust this colour in public washroom, breakfast is provided too many sweet bakeries, no eggs products

Great hotel, comfortable and close to tube. Breakfast is good. Would go again.
