This hotel is great if you need somewhere to stay for a week or so. I booked it for the gym which is good, you can get a good workout in, its dated but they have everything you need. The free breakfast we had was great. You get fresh pastries and fresh fruit, bread, cheese, some hot items and other typical breakfast options. I requested a quiet, non-smoking room. There was some mix up on the first night when we were allocated the wrong room but the next day they fixed it and moved us to a very quiet room on the top floor. We wanted our stay to be quiet and restful and it was. The cleaners are very good too, they are pretty quiet, respectful and get you what you need when you need it. The bed was super comfy and big so we slept very well. The location at night is very quiet too. Location wise you are only 10-15 mins walk from down town restaurants and shops and attractions. I felt pretty safe inside the hotel too. Also if you want to grab some snacks etc there is a handy corner shop when you go out the front of the hotel and make a right. The wifi is good, had no problems. Only a short taxi ride away from malls too. Great stay, great location. Any request I made was met with professionalism, late check out was no problem. Floors 4 and above are best.

I liked the staff. Without exception, they were helpful, polite, and cheerful. For me, the staff and the location were the hotel's best assets. What the other reviewers said about the breakfast was also true in our case. They do present you with a generous continental (mostly sweet) spread.

The issues I found fall under the material side of the hotel. Considering this was not a low-budget hotel, I expected a kettle, cups, and complimentary tea, coffee, and water in the room, even though it was a suite. If you are claustrophobic, don't choose this hotel. The lifts are probably 80 cm x 80 cm. If you stand in it with a stranger, they could easily feel uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. Their was air conditioning in the room and a very nice bed! Nice breakfast in the morning :)

The app gave me the price in Argentinian pesos which said it was meant to include taxes...when I arrived at the property i was charged nearly double the cost so just be careful! The person who charged me at the desk wasn't very helpful with this. It isn't really worth that kind of money in my opinion...Much nicer Air B&B's for half the price.

The rooms are not in good condition, some things are damaged and the sockets were all damaged, impossible to charge the phone good. The staffmember at check out was not in a good mood.
