The location was great with lots of stores and restaurants nearby and a short taxi/Uber ride to all the great sights. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help. It is an older hotel but is well maintained and had everything we need. We stayed on the 6th floor (out of 7) and it was surprisingly quiet. The AC worked well too. I would stay there again. Recommendation: the nearby Paradilla Peña steak restaurant is wonderful.

Location was perfect for me since I needed to stay at a walking distance from a relative's residence and really close to public transportation.

They ask for the key card to be drop at the front desk when you leave every day (not usual on any hotel). One night I came back at midnight and I had to wait 10' or 15' minutes for the front desk guy to show up, and get my key card back. Not a friendly policy.

You are relatively close to the center. Breakfast is standard buffet type. Lady cleaning the room was superb. Metro station is close (5 minutes). If you will stay here, please do not forget to visit the Museum of holocaust (15 minutes walking distance) and, especially, Museum of the water (Museo de las aquas) located just 5 minutes walking distance. It is superb superb, even for those who do not speak Spanish. Generally it is high ratio between the rice and facilities. It is a good hotel for those who need to overnight in a clean quiet room and will spend most of their day outside.

This type of hotels cannot be changed too much. If they add something they will increase the price, I am afraid.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and accommodating and knew enough English to speak and assist with my questions about Buenos Aires.

The hotel is in a busy and loud area of town and the rooms on the street side are noisier but the staff was very nice about finding a quieter room off the street for me.

Excellent value for money. We were just passing, as we have an early flight the following morning, we were mainly looking for a place to store the baggage for the day. The were accomodating and stored our bags before check in time. They also helped organising a taxi to the airport at 2 pm.

Location wasn't great but there are plenty buses and subte stops close by. The check in processed was slow as there were a lot of people doing the check out.

The location is pretty central and convenient, on a quiet street, the room was big and the bathroom had a bathtub, there was a refrigerator in the room, the cleaning service was very good. Not noisy. Helpful staff.

Some staff members did not speak English at all, so it was somewhat of the challenge; the linens and the towels were very old, though very clean.

Gran hotel. Excelente desayuno! Great Hotel, excellent breakfast!! Good location in the center of the city. Very well recommended. We stay there for a couple of days in April 2023. Books stores and coffee shops around the corner.

Great breakfast could start at 630, but other than that, it's all good.

The room was large, with two beds (one single one double), a closet, desk (a bit loose though), TV, small fridge, safe and a fan + Air-conditioning. The bathroom had a small bath (not really big enough for somebody who is 1,93m), toilet and bidet. We included the breakfast, and this was nice: orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, croissants (grease and sweet), some cottage cheese, homemade jam and cereals. Because we asked we found out that you can order scrambled eggs, but they don't indicate this anywhere. And although they were slicing cheese and ham in the kitchen, they didn't want to give some of that. The hotel doesn't do the breakfast themselves, and apparently it is another company doing it for them (next door). This would be something to improve. otherwise the breakfast good. Some days they even had donuts or other pastries!

The area in which the hotel is in is not very interesting, not many nice restaurants etc. Going west at night would even be dangerous according to the receptionist. They indicate on Google that they speak English, but only one of the receptionist in the two weeks did. He was fluent. The rest didn't understand anything, which was a pity. The view from the window was nothing but a wall unfortunately.

Everything nice, good and safe area to stay. Had little noisy neighbours but nothing that would make it a bad experience to stay. Very good breakfast, a lot to choose from. If I need to stay in BA again, will choose this place.

Everything! The staff was friendly and quickly solved all off my problems. Also the room was nice and comfortable without noise. They cleaned the room every day. Finally the internet worked well. I will definitively come back!
