I really liked having two pools where you could swim and relax. The restaurant at the hotel offers very tasty dishes. The staff at the reception, pool bar and restaurant are very polite and pleasant. There is a store on the hotel premises where you can buy everything you need. You can pay by card everywhere.

Everything was even comfortable, only there were not enough thick curtains or blinds on the windows, which would have protected from prying eyes in the evening when the light was turned on in the room

The pool was lovely and the breakfast was really good. The room was really nice as well.

The A/C must not have been cleaned for some time, because you could smell the mold and since we have severe allergies we turned it off and opened the windows for the 2nd night which was much better.

Great resort-type hotel and, huge property. Big room and great staff in the cafeteria. Right off of the highway and 20 minutes to the airport. The heater was an issue. Found an AC working but not throwing hot air though temp was set higher. Good value for money.

The pool was nice. Grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was included in price and was of decent quality for the money. There is a small shop and a restaurant on the property.

The room we got was outdated and worn out, though it was spacious. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in common areas, though it is clearly stated in the description.

When I arrived, the front desk man showed me to my room so I wouldn’t get lost. He also arranged a taxi pick up for the next day. It was a huge room with a big bed and bathroom.

WiFi was not available in the rooms.

The location was 10/10. Very nice units as well.

I would like to have a little bit more of selection in thw breakfast, mostly on the non-sweet options - eggs were totally missing!

Clean little houses, nice tropical neighbourhood, 2 pools, nice pool bar with extraordinarily nice staff

Food was a little pricey, but good. The complex has seen better days, maybe some deferred maintenance issues, but everything worked and it was clean. Relatively close to airport and national park - that's a plus.

The rooms were comfy and the resort was lovely. Easy to get tours to the falls or local bus out the front does the falls or into town.

The language barrier was a bit hard but we got by. The staff were lovely.
