Friendly and helpful staff who helped book taxis and tours. Located in a jungle environment with access to a nice walk through the bio park. The pool is clean and refreshing, but can get busy and has very slippery deck (we saw several people slip and fall). Spacious and comfortable rooms with good AC, hot water and a small bar fridge with cold drinks available for purchase.

The included breakfast is okay if you arrive early - it becomes unappetizing as the morning progresses (stale pastries and fruit flies). We had one lunch in the restaurant and it was not good. Very stale break, limp lettuce and over dressed salad, dry and tough grilled chicken. We ate the rest of the meals in town after that. The hotel is a bit rough around the edges but provides for a friendly, comfortable and relaxing place to stay to see the falls.

I have a little note for the bathroom - big bathtub, very small shower space and the appliances (shampoo, shower gel etc) outside of the shower, so I needed to open the door, apply and close the door. A little unfortunate placing, but no big problem. The electrical socket by the washing basin scared me more - it was put to the wall too losely, and it was moving, so I better did not plug anything in. Due to short stay I forgot to let the staff know, so I am doing it this way....Otherwise very nice and spacious accommodation💝

The room was very spacious. I liked the layout of a low-rise series of individual buildings with lots of vegetation between them. The reception staff had very good taxi drivers working for them, so ordering a taxi at reception - the easiest alternative - was also the best. We landed at 0130 and were met by a taxi driver and could check in at 0230 with no problem.

The grounds and facilities are looking a bit tired. Service at reception was rather impersonal and more geared to receiving and dealing with groups. The breakfast staff on our first morning seemed incapable of noticing when anything needed replenishing and had to be asked for everything. The second morning everything worked perfectly. Very difficult to find specific rooms as the numbers seemed haphazard and no signs.

The care taken by the owners is abundantly clear. The hotel is placed within existing wetlands with care taken to preserve the natural environment. Boardwalks connect the hotel rooms with reception, an orchid house, a butterfly house, and a reptile area. The rooms were spacious, the dining adequate, and the pool area relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging cars to visit the national park and cross the border and explaining how best to see everything in the park according to our group’s abilities. We appreciated the nature identification books in the little outdoor reading nook as well. Don’t miss the chapel either!

The enclosures for the caimans(?) were not ideal. Better (or any) labeling and educational information about the reptiles would be nice.

Truly wonderful stay. The hotel sits amongst the jungle with walkways allowing you to visit their butterfly house as well as turtles. Nice pool area to relax by. We only booked a regular double room but ended up upgraded to the presidential suite for no extra cost and the room was fantastic. Incredible bathroom. Lovely restaurant. Extremely helpful staff. Very quick laundry service. I wish we were able to stay longer. Gracias. Diolch.

The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the architecture mixed with the nature. It is a pleasure spend time outside and inside all the places of the hotel. People working there are so charm always ready for your needs. Rooms so comfortable, big and with windows looking to the nature. The hotel is next to the Biocenter, a special place to visit that you can go for free and enjoy butterflies, crocodiles, snakes, exotic plants, fishes.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Recommend. Rest in silence, in the jungle, by the pool or in the room under the singing of birds. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner so no need to go to town. Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, porridge and yogurt, lots of different sweets. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the waterfalls by cab, which they will help you take at reception. The hotel also has a small zoo, there you can see butterflies, snakes, crocodiles, different fish. If you go with children, it will be very interesting for them. Our room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, we slept well. Thank you! We will definitely come back again.

Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and a hot option. Large room with two double beds. Beautiful, albeit shallow and small pool. Very helpful young man at the reception. The location is so convenient that though we checked in at 14.00 we could still make it to the falls on the Argentine side, doing both inferior and superior routes, though in a rush.

The evening meal at the restaurant was ok, nothing special, large portions of meat and good service. The sweet options at the breakfast were not tasty.

Bio centre. Awesome to be close to nature and surrounded by greenery and lovely poo. Staff are friendly. Great relaxed atmosphere there with the big windows and art!

Staff directions and local advice was not correct. And even very unhelpful because it meant we were out on the wrong track. And then there were reptiles in cages and very confined trapped areas which we did not feel comfortable about. It felt a stark contrast to the environmentally sustainable ideal which we were seeking The animals were mostly snakes and alligators. It was sad to see them cooped up.
