Absolutely everything. I have been traveling around Argentina for the last year and this was the best experience ever. The breakfast is awesome with delicacies cooked with local fresh ingredients. We had dinner everyday off our stay on the hotel restaurant and it was so tasty. Sr. Julio and his team mates are just great. The 2 swimming pools are just a relaxing place to be in the middle of the green forest with birds humming and the butterflies as company. The cabanas are brand new all in timber, with all the appliances to use it for a family of four. It is the perfect spot for a relaxed stay away from the city and busy life. It stays between the border with Brasil and the Argentinian entrance to Iguazu park.

I will return for sure and stay here just to enjoy the food, the swimming pool and the relaxing mode.

I really enjoyed my stay at Overo Lodge and Selva. The hotel is well located, closed to the airport and also to the Iguazu park. The cabins are very spacious with enough space to fit a group of 4. The place is clean and each cabin have a complete kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal and also counts with a big outside area with a grill to make a charcoal bbq. As a solo woman traveling I like to stay in a place where I feel safe and that was the case. They offered me transportation (for extra charge) from the airport to the hotel and I was so lucky they connected me with Leonel. As soon as I arrived to the airport he was there waiting for me and he gave me lot of information about what to do and don’t do, more like a driver he was like family there. I requested to have Leonel as the driver every time I had to do something outside the hotel. The team at the hotel was brilliant as well, everyone I interacted looked happy to assist and very welcoming. The breakfast was unique, they give you a paper where you can choose in advance all you want for the next morning and they bring it to your room. The homemade medialunas were the star as they were fresh and delicious! They swimming pool area looks nice but I didn’t try it as I was exhausted from the excursions.

The hotel looks is on the middle of the jungle but you can hear the cars on the main road. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner but as a 5 star hotel maybe I was expecting Q tips, tooth paste and brush, slippers, etc. Yoga classes are offered at Overo. However, the classes where only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 PM, not every day.

Everything, we love how accommodating and friendly all the staff was from receptionist (Ian, sebastian and a lady i forgot her name) to the restaurant staff (guy and a girl on the 20th April). The place itself is a beautiful oasis, we can't fault it. We loved how the staff when above and beyond to help us especially being able to share and learn about yerba mate with Ian. It was a wonderful experience. It was also cool that they gave us free chocolates and beautiful handwritten note to welcome us for easter weekend. The restaurant ambience and food was 10 out of 10.

Had an AMAZING stay at Overo. Everything from the thoughtfully built cabanas to the incredibly courteous staff was totally perfect. We slept very comfortably. The breakfast was varied and had many options to be chosen from each day, brought to your cabin by the staff! We also were there for soft opening of their restaurant on site. It was designed very well. The food was really good and the again staff had impeccable service. We ate the best dessert (Vulcan de dulce de leche) that we had in Argentina. Overo is about 20 min to Iguazú Falls, and less than 10 min to central Puerto Iguazú town. They helped arrange a private vehicle to and from the airport upon request. We only wish we booked more days here to fully enjoy the amenities!! FYI you can also go see the bird sanctuary (Güira Oga) which is included and next door to Overo, but we didn’t have time. Also can use the kitchen and grill if you have time for longer stay.

Our stay at Overo lodge was amazing. The lodges themselves are incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a stay in the jungle, they even have a flask and cacao for the cooler nights. The staff themselves were super friendly, knowledgable and accommodated every request we had - including booking us a lovely taxi driver, Noni, who even came to meet us with our bags after a morning sightseeing in Brazil before our flight. The lodge is just off a main road (where all the hotels are in Iguazú) which we didn’t expect but it did make for a very easy trip into town for some delicious food. We could not review the lodge without mentioning the breakfast which was out of this world. The team bring it to your little lodge in the morning which makes for a hugely relaxing start to the day. The food tasted amazing and were lucky to be welcomed back from our days out with even more lovely treats from the kitchen. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The staff were very helpful and nice, the area is great with a lot of activities included in your stay which was great but unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy these, so if we were to return would definitely stay for longer. The room was lovely and spacious

There were a lot of bugs in our room which we know cannot be helped but would have been nicer if there was a bit less. We also had problems with our hot water in the bathroom but the staff were very helpful and fixed it for us.

Nicely located at the edge of the forest, beautiful bird sounds all around. Two swimming pools, a restaurant with great food and service. The breakfast was very good and always in time.

We missed detailed information about the lodge und potential activities during the welcome. Because we did not go to the restaurant the first day, we only realised by chance that there is a second pool next to the restaurant that is nicer located than the first pool.

This place is just amazing 🤩 The activities offered are great, there's also lots of space to walk around and admire the stunning nature - we've spotted various birds (including a hummingbird!) and an iguana. You can also use a bike which the hotel provides. The staff have all been friendly, helpful and professional and communication via WhatsApp with the reception was great. We totally loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer - we had to change our plans and arrived a day later, which we were gutted about because this place is definitely worth a few day stay. The cabin was great, very well equipped, including a coffee express, an oven, a big fridge, and various kitchen equipment items. Breakfast was lovely and delicious - you get to choose the items you would like from a list and it is brought to the cabin at the time of your choosing. I also appreciated the focus on sustainability.

Our only tiny comment would be that the dinner food wasn't great but we loved everything else.

The location in the jungle is amazing, the lodges are beautifully finished with everything you could need and loads of private space to relax! The staff here are amazing - so kind and helpful. We did the jungle trek and campfire night (included free of charge!) and found it so interesting to learn about the local area and people. Every day they left a small treat or local custom in our lodge which was such a lovely touch. Breakfast delivered to the lodge each day was perfect. We loved our time here
