The room was large and comfortable. Good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive pool and gym, though no resistance machines and a very small selection of weights. Bistro/bar has panoramic views and is a great place to spend an hour or two as the sun is going down.

Breakfast selection rather limited for a 5* hotel and the breakfast room/restaurant has a barn-like feel - great views though. Nobody welcoming/checking breakfast guests. The Bistro food menu was surprisingly basic for a luxury hotel. Walk to town required navigating narrow pavements under construction on a busy road.

The staff were super nice and helpful (especially Cristian who helped us planning our hikes). The view on the lake is incredibly beautiful.

The sauna only goes up to 60 dégrées and they are not allowed to increase the température nor are you able to pour water to increase the humidity. You need to book the sauna in advance and the spots fill up which makes it hard to even be able to use it. The interior design could be improved.

Beautiful lake views Pool was lovely. The Breakfast room on the lake was very nice.

It Would have been nice if the pool was open earlier in the day -I would have loved to have been able to use it in the morning. Breakfast could have had some more food options (particularly for vegetarians), eg yogurt, nuts and seeds would have been a good addition.

Breakfast was not great, very few choices. Some of the staff members didn’t greet or smile while some were very helpful. I would have liked an espresso machine in the room. Tea choices in the room were very limited, just one kind. No nose tissues in the room.

As I specifically asked a nice view, I was given a room at level -3 which still has lake view but I think the best views are at -2 and -1 and the reception could have assign us a better view room. Our view was still very beautiful but had a tree on a side and view to the pool and gym buildong (not a full open lake view).

The bar and restaurant are a bit outdated, could use an renovation. Also we were really looking forward to use the spa facilities, but the sauna was already fully booked on the day of our arrival and the next morning they opened after 11.00 (I don’t know why that is), so we were not able to make use of that which was a pity.

The room was fantastic. We were upgraded but it really was better than the more expensive room we had at the Llao Liao nearby. Really big comfy bed and with incredible views to the lake.

The bar was dull - not great service and choice. The breakfast was also mediocre. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked rather quiet the night we were there.

The suites all have lake/mountain views which are truly beautiful. I'd go for the Junior Suite as it comes with balcony, it really was priceless having our morning coffee overlooking the lake. The gym isn't really sufficient but we managed, however the pool is great. It's particularly good after a dip in the lake.

Some of the housekeeping services were poor; we requested our laundry to be picked up but had to call multiple times as it wasn't picked up within 45mins (after they told us they'd come immediately). One of our room service orders was incorrect, although they did fix it within 30mins. The hotel is on a road without proper pedestrian access so you have to walk for a few minutes on dusty tracks before you get into town.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room had beautiful mountain, water and garden views. Breakfast was great and room service was excellent. 10 mins walk and you were in the main town where there were many different restaurants and live entertainment. The mountains of Patagonia were magical, it really is a special place.

The hotel is very pretty, only complaint is with the worker Christian Lang, who was unhelpful and disrespectful to me and my friend when asking a completely normal question. If you are going to be that rude, don’t work in hospitality.
