Beautiful view, just in front of the lake. Nice cocktails in the bar, which offer a fantastic view. Spa and swimming pool fantastic, with massage services. Room comfortable and clean.

Disco next door! We stayed three nights, and unfortunately the last night was Friday and the disco was open, I could not sleep until 4:30, when the music stopped!

Great hotel right on the lake and overall positive, comfortable experience. A bit further from town center but definitely walkable. Great breakfast. Room has thoughtful toiletries like bath salt for after a long hike- nice touch. Has onsite parking, although the lot was nearly full during off season (we went end of March). Jacuzzi was down, and spa amenities were on the smaller side, but it functional. Pool area is pretty and clean with a great view. Would have liked to plan for a spa service in advance but despite reaching out to the hotel before my stay, was told that they can only give me spa information after guests have arrived at the hotel. All in all, enjoyed the stay and would book again.

If you can afford a room with a view - get it! Just stunning! The room was a really high standard too. The spa wasn't extensive but was great to have it included and the staff there were really friendly and helpful - as were all the staff throughout. The breakfast and bar food was really tasty - just a brilliant stay!

The pool/spa doesn't open until 12 - would have been nice to have gone for a swim before breakfast but that's if I'm being very picky! I did have some issues with noise as the rooms aren't very soundproof but the staff did address this promptly (and it's not their fault if other guests are loud!)

The hotel felt very spacious with fabulous views of the lake and countryside. It is in a great location about 10 min walk from the main st. Breakfast was lovely and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a fab lake view - when we had the window open we could hear the lapping of the water - it was so relaxing. The WiFi was very good with Netflix.

The pool area didn’t open until noon and 1pm on Sunday.

As I said the first time, view amazing and this time they gave us a better room which was great. Clean and very comfortable bed. Fantastic shower.

Cold swimming pool. Towels at the pool were rather small so I took two of them and I was told that it is only one per person. Breakfast was not exceptional, it was as if we were back at the Covid times. You were not allowed to take anything from the buffet, just the bread and the coffee. Shame

Amazing location on the lake with perfect views from every window! Close to the town centre & mid town lake front. Sensational team in all areas so friendly & engaging! Cocktail bar team make the best pink gin cocktails, breakfast was extensive & the pastry chef made the most delicious cakes & pastries. Comfortable large room with a fantastic view. Brilliant pool area with outside deck & garden. Loved this hotel highly recommend.

No tea & coffee or ironing facilities in the room.

This is a very good hotel. The breakfast buffet consisted of delicious and high quality choices, my room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake, which was mere steps away, and all staff were kind and welcoming. I will return to Bariloche, and when I do I will stay at this hotel again!

The location is great with parking lots, which is important for the location. Staff members are friendly. The food in the dining menu is excellent. We went three times and enjoyed it very much.

It would be nice to have a self-serve breakfast setting for fruit and desert.

the bed was very comfortable and huge, the location, the view was outstanding of the lake to wake up too. pool area was wonderful

the only thing was the closet doors were crazy heavy and you had to constantly open and close them to get from one side to the other.

Amazing hotel at Bariloche with the best views you can get. It's on the lake front so you see the views from each corner in the hotel. Spa with the pool and sauna were great. Breakfast and especially the desserts was fabulous. The price was also very good for what you get.

Gym can have un upgrade.
