The hotel has a 360degrees view that comes straight out of a painting. There are a lot of facilities that are amazing: the pool, the spa, doing archery,... and the people that work here are so so friendly, they treated us to a bottle of sparkling wine because it is our honeymoon!

The prices of everything that is 'extra'. 7500 for a small bottle of water, high prices for 'ok' food,... We also stayed in a standard room which felt like a back room in an attic, under the roof with the smallest window.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous! Loved the swimming pools! Also enjoyed kayaking and SUPing on the beautiful lake. My spouse did a rock wall climbing lesson and friends did a stretch class. All of the above included in resort fee. Staff super helpful in every way.

We were all a bit disappointed in the dinner we had at the Patagonia Restaurant. The food at breakfast was so delicious that it was hard to imagine the dinners came from the same kitchen.

A magnificent grand lodge and a pleasure to stay here. Perched on top of a hill with lakes all around gives every room a wonderful view. Fantastic breakfast. Good food in the restaurants and wine prices that are not a rip-off.

I think the management need to review a few things. If you order a glass of house wine at the bar it will cost the equivalent of 14USD. You can buy a bottle of the same wine for 23USD in the same bar. In the bar and at the pool a bottle of Heineken costs 12USD. But under the radar there's a bar in the new Moreno wing that sells craft beer on draught. 9 USD for a half pint and 9.50USD for a pint. Yes, that's not a misprint.

My wife and I came down for 4 nights and stayed in a Deluxe Moreno Lake Suite in the Moreno Wing. It was fantastic with beautiful views, sunsets, multiple visits by the housekeeping service throughout the day, helpful service and overall the best part of our trip through Patagonia. We played golf, had spa treatments and breakfast in the main area. All excellent from our perspective. We did not have dinner on site so cannot speak to but the concierge recommended Quiven, which was our favorite spot over the 4 nights. We had a car rental and was easy to get around (although the traffic around Bariloche was horrific!). I stayed at the Llao Llao in 2007 and loved it. Nearly 20 years later, that is still the case.

Not really sure where to start as everything was just epic! Firstly, the views from the hotel (any corner of the hotel) are STUNNING - Think is one of the most beautiful views I ever seen. Secondly, the breakfast, same as any other restaurant in the hotel, was great and super tasty. We stayed in the new rooms and everything was perfect, from the beds to the size of the room. The hotel includes lots of FOC activities which we enjoyed a lot!

Would be great if they hire people that speaks fluent english, sometimes my boyfriend (who's argentinean) was translating during the activities with other guests.

This is an outstanding hotel, I hope to return again someday. My favorite part was the decor - very tastefully designed. There is a beautiful mountain view around every corner and gorgeous hardwood, brass, and vintage curtains throughout. Everything feels very fancy in a very non-generic way. The room was adorable, huge and very comfortable. A built in wooden closet! A skylight! The heated outdoor pool was the perfect temperature, we loved using the paddle boards in the lake, and all of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. I could have spent a week there, very recharging while also having lots of great hikes and activities nearby.

The price of the food is quite honestly, ridiculous. And in our case, we didn't even like the taste that much. Definitely had much better meals for much less money. Their included breakfast is excellent, but otherwise I'd recommend leaving the resort for dinner. There are great options less than a 10 min drive away.

The place is unique, I learned a bit about the history of the place, and it is going to be 100 years old in the next decade. I stayed in one of the new, remodeled rooms, it was very nice, comfortable, and have all the amenities expected. The breakfast is abundant. It's in the main salon with great capacity. Everyone was attentive and kind. We had the opportunity to enjoy the "tea hour" and all the pastries and tea were amazing! Super recommended. We loved staying here.

Great location for hiking and close to departure point for boat tours. The breakfast buffet was incredible! The views at this hotel are world class! The swimming pool area was also a huge plus. I used it everyday. The hotel has old world elegance.

Coffee in the room would have been appreciated. The travel agency booked me for several tours which were all good but was not forthcoming about all the options available in the area.

The hotel has a 10 out of 10 location and offers fabulous facilities. The views are breathtaking and the grounds are superbly maintained. We were very impressed by the Reception desk, the very friendly hotel deputy manager and the breakfast staff.

The rooms are a bit too snug and the design is cute, but outdated. Showers are in the bathtub with a shower curtain more akin to a 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. There is no evening cleaning service and in-room water costs $10 a bottle.

One of the greatest locations in southern South America to stay. Definitely the best in Patagonia. Staff was very kind and efficient. Facilities are impeccable.

We paid for the most expensive room with the greatest view from the lake. When booking, we explicitly asked for a high floor room, but at our arrival, we realized they placed us in the lowest floor, thus with the worst view. They were not able to move us to a better room since all rooms were occupied by other guests. Also, the room was extremely hot at our arrival since the heating system was set to maximum. The heat was unbearable and we had to leave the windows and door open in order to cool down the space. Food in the restaurants was extremely expensive and not too great.
