Big room with a nice balcony, spacious bathroom with a great shower. Close to centre of town.
A bit noisy due to entertainment nearby and on the top floor. The breakfast was slow to be served to each table but still quite dull. Service at reception was lack lustre.

Comfy, spacious room, right in the city center. Welcoming stuff. Somewhat adequate price (with discount).
If you take the room with a bathtub, you must know that there is no separate shower in that room and tub shower is short. Not a deal breaker for me.

1.Breakfast is served for each single guest. Sometimes it was fast , sometimes it was way too slow. 2. Not suitable for elderly,the floor tile in the bathroom is the same as the wall tiles - very slippery . 3. Bad smell from the toilet. Changes the room, still the same.

- No shutters or thick curtains, which resulted in too much light in the room

The room was very spacious with huge windows. The location was central.
Bathtub in our bathroom wasn't equipped with a curtain so while showing water easily gets on the floor.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My stay was comfortable in every aspect. Definitely coming back if I have another trip to Gyumri. The location is superb for walking through the city center.
