We stayed for 9 nights, beware there is mandatory additional room cleaning charge (100 USD for 2 times cleaning - they dont clean every day) plus additional 20-25% service charge (no service is provided). These 2 x charges are in addition to Room Rent, City Tax and VAT which is annoying. Hotel manager was lovely though but couldn’t remove these charges as apparently it was their policy. They agreed to knock 5% from room rent which was a fraction as compared to unnecessary 2 x add on charges. I am quite unhappy they charged 100 usd for cleaning but only cleaned 2 times out of 9 nights we booked and paid additional service charge for receiving no service….

Location was great--a short walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). Chairs, Towels & cooler provided by property--just had to get up early to claim a palapa, as they are used by several small hotels in the area. Pool area was nice--could use a few more lounge chairs--had to claim those fairly early as well if doing a pool day. Bar on site--drinks were basically 2 for 1; pm bartender not the friendliest guy, but made a great mojito! We didn't rent a car--Superfoods was about a 20 min walk for groceries with a $10 cab ride to return (They did offer online ordering and delivery, but we like to experience grocery stores in foriegn countries). Kitchen had decent supplies, and there was a communal grill, although we did not make use of it. Room was clean--sofa/futon very uncomfortable, but we didn't spend much time in the room. We stayed for 8 days, so housekeeping came through halfway and refeshed linens/towels (pool towels can be swapped out as needed at front desk). It looked like every unit has a drying rack too, which was handy for swim/snorkel wear. Many restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk, and most excursions offered hotel pickup. Free wifi in room, and a separate free wifi for pool area.

Noise level next door. Restaurant owner was extremely rude and nasty. Has been to several guests. Very big let down as it is on the condo premises and the only place to get food and drink near by. Best thing to advise is get rid of the man currently running the place and allow someone else the opportunity to rent the space. He is a horrible, volatile person which is bad for business. Guests do not pay to be badly treated by staff whether it is their business or not. Hopefully in the future they are gone, which will make it more pleasant for all guests.

The facilities are warm and inviting. Staff (Oscar and Danni) were very helpful and kind. All staff was very nice. José our waiter was kind. From the pool, restaurant/bar, and the room are very clean and updated. The location is great, very close to the beach, and many great restaurants. The location is quiet, but if you want to have more activities/party vibes, you are not far away. When you walk down the street, there is construction but no big deal. The beach area was unbelievable! The bus system is very easy to use, so staying in this area you really do not need to rent a car. I do recommend renting a car if you travel to Baby Beach.

Our small condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the basics you need, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler provided. It was very easy to exchange dirty beach towels each day at the office. Common washer and dryer are available, which we will use next year (already re-booked!). Common areas are well-maintained and the office is very responsive (thank you Omar, Danni, et al). Shaker Grill is very convenient for breakfast& lunch, until 4 pm, with the bar open into the evening. Raymond was our server always and a great guy. Convenient ice making machine right by the office.

The location of the hotel is very convenience. Eagle beach is close by that you can just walk ! The hotel provides beach chairs and small cooler. Room and pool areas very clean. Parking lot also great! The Staff at the reception was kind especially "Z". I didn't try the restaurant. Hours of operation didn't match with my itinerary.

Consider for the Master bathroom better illumination and a lock for the door. Hair dryer should be updated. The bartender was the most unpleasant. He is the owner of the bar and does NOT like the public! His attitude is a disgrace to this wonderful place. Be careful!

Very clean and generally quiet place. It was our first time in the small condo hotel in Aruba, and the major differences between it and large hotels were the absence of constantly shifting and drinking crowds and loud music. The staff is very friendly and helpful (thank you, Danni and Omar, for all your help!). The cozy inner yard has an excellent size pool with two waterfalls, a kids' pool, and a large jacuzzi. Our kids were playing in the pool all the time. Very convenient are large gazebos with outdoor dining furniture and brand new BBQs. Literally, you don't need to go anywhere because there is your own backyard vibe. The Eagle Beach is about 5 minutes away. This is probably one of the best beaches in Aruba, super wide, very few people, beautiful white fine sand, lots of shade under trees, perfect waves, and it's stretching as far as you can see in both directions. You need to bring your own beach chairs that are supplied by the condo. Overall, this choice was probably the best value for money. Highly recommended.

You have to pass two active construction sites on the way to the beach, and there is dust and dirt on the road. It is annoying, but obviously, it will go away in several months. The beach will be more crowded once the Iberostar Joya fully opens next year. In the room, the fridge was very loud. Its humming was really annoying in the night. This is probably specific to rooms. There were loud parties in jacuzzi way beyond midnight a couple of times, but nothing else was disturbing us in the night. The mattress on bed in the room is poorly padded, and pillows are too hard.

the condo apartment has a comfortable bed, good kitchen with pots and pans, good sized refrigerator coffee maker, microwave. Outside are for grilling. the pool area was comfortable and the pool well maintained. AC worked very well; a unit in living room and another in the bedroom. Eagle beach is less crowded than palm beach which we liked. It's a walk to Passions on the beach which serves a good breakfast until 11am. The staff to check you in are helpful; they provide beach towels, and the room has 2 beach chairs but no umbrella.

there is a construction site down the road which makes the street look unappealing; it should be finished shortly. It's a long block to walk to get to the beach. You get used to it. No umbrellas on the beach there which you need as the sun is strong and the island has little shade.

We like everything about Pearl Aruba Condos though it's not a 5-star upscale property. Cleanliness - Even though it's close to the beach, it was very clean, from the general property, to the outdoor pool, to the room, to the kitchen (including the cookware & cutleries), and even the outdoor gas grill. Location - It's only 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance from the Eagle beach where the water is shallow for swimming and we can enjoy the beach with its soft white sand, but the property is also close enough to keep it away from the traffic. Facilities - It has a range of facilities to make us very comfortable and convenient. It has a shower stall where we can wash up our snorkeling gears, a laundry drying rack for our swim wears, beach chairs (though they can be upgraded) that we can carry to the beach, the outdoor pool and gas grill, covered patio area for us to enjoy our dinner. Restaurant - The restaurant on site, the Shakers Cocktail Shack, is definitely a hidden gem. Its green salad got a very special refreshing homemade dressing and the chicken wings with its special sauce and fries were the crispiest of all that we had tried on the island, including those very famous ones but at a very affordable price. Staff - Danni and Zi were particularly helpful and friendly. Since it was our first visit to Aruba, we had many questions and Danni answered all of them, which really helped our planning. She even went out of her way to look up the needed information for us. An area for improvement - Condiment - It would help us, short-term visitors, if there are basic cooking condiments. A disadvantage - Apparently, "Pearl Aruba Condos" in the listing has more than one agent, I mean other than Danni. We got very confused.

The 2 bedroom condo was much larger than expected, clean, and quiet. We loved the location with such a short walk to the beach -- and free parking when we wanted to drive.

No oven - which we realized after we brough back frozen pizzas to cook but we improvised and cooked on the grill. We were told we would have 1 housekeeping service during our 5 days there, but no one ever came. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have the sand vacuumed.
