Layout of the property, amazingly beautiful grounds, spacious room, good restaurants, not oceanfront but good and easy access to the beach and constant shuttles around the property. Loved the adults only pool.

Floors were swept but not damp mopped so there was a layer of dirt on the floor that got on our feet. One guest at the adult pool brought his own speaker and blasted country music. That should not be allowed.

But, based on my pre arrival conversation, with a live Divi Resort staff person, knowing from previous experience how you are treated at checkin if the system indicates you booked with a third party, my conversation expressing my desired outcome did not happen. I was supposed to be on the 3rd floor, ocean view and was told I had an all inclusive. My fault was not getting the name of Divi staff person I was talking to. It was my honeymoon and husband’s birthday. I just didn’t want to expend the energy to explain or try to prove my point. Aruba is a happy Island, I chose to be happy, despite the minor inconvenience. Beautiful, clean, convenient, perfect weather, great food, and wonderful, polite staff & service. Why waste time and energy to change this karma. 😊

Even though Christmas week is one of the busiest of the year, the resort never seemed crowded. All the employees were extremely friendly.

- People claiming beach and pool chairs by leaving towels on them, and not using the chairs for hours. - When opting out of the all-inclusive option, some restaurants and bars require you to purchase food and drinks in advance by buying tickets at the front desk. Drink choices (beer/wine or mixed drinks) need to be determined before dinner.

Luxury Hotel with pampering amenities. The staff from Concierge to Grounds Crew were pleasant, courteous and professional. The shuttles were many and often. The operators were sociable and knowledgeable about the Island.

The only suggestion to make the Resort "better" would be to add items to their menus. If you're there longer than 4 days the menus choices repeat.

Really loved the pools available, proximity to the beach, sports center right there and the rooms were pretty nice. We were a family of 4 with two teenage kids and the studio suite suited us very well. Didn't feel small as there is so

The AC wasn't the best. If you like to be in the city - this is a bit away from the city and you will need a taxi or car to get there.

The room was correct, the beach very good and the pool. The gym was awesome The travel between Divi resorts was very good. The Mulligan's Golf restaurant was very good The ubication of the resort was very good

The need of leave all the time the air conditioner in to avoid humidity.

The newer staff not so friendly We have been coming to the divi for 45 years and we are coming again on 18 Aug for 2 weeks .

Location and friendliness of everyone

Need to add chairs around infinity pool. More activities at pool besides just bingo. Pool aerobics would be a plus. Need some night activities.

Friendliness and hospitality of the staff was 100% The food was great, lots of activities for everyone in Aruba

No miniature golf course for the kids and those who are not expert golfers

Attraction from beach to swimming pools

There is no compliment, coffee, bottlw water or soda in thr room or even at the reception area. Not all the staff know the facilities - especially room bldg. the building numbering are confusing
