Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip.

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

The hotel and location were phenomenal! Staff were outstanding in all areas. A very relaxed and peaceful vibe throughout entire week.

The three hour nightmare of getting back through Aruban Customs at airport was horrific and absolutely exhausting. No staff, no services, no seating and no information. Checkers were rude, inhospitable and provided no information. Made many of the hundreds of people waiting with us miss their flights home due to the length of the process. Completely unacceptable in modern day travel.

Breakfast selection is great, but not too varied (complaining on a very high level here). If you are not from the US, the constant "reminders" to tip (verbal or non-verbal) can be a bit much. It certainly was for us.

Everything went well, peaceful and quiet, very relaxing. Would recommend this resort to anyone wanting these results. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and all the staff were very helpful and courteous, no matter what their job was.

The first night dinner at the restaurant by the pool was extremely pricy for child sized portion received. Was not anywhere near sated by the meal. It is the only complaint I have about my stay. Trying to book another trip here for next year and am not impresed by the giant increase in the per night cost which is extreme and not very affordable.

It was clean. The staff was excellent and remembered our names. The restaurant staff Reginald, Levikad ? ( the local artist ) she stayed with me during a near drowning and was amazing, and Steven were great.

The beds and pillows were awesome. Close walking distance to enough food etc. it was immaculately clean.

Pristine condition and beautiful grounds with an amazing view and direct access to Eagle Beach.

Not one thing

The Fitness center was very well put together! I use free weights. in my work out, a lot of hotels and resorts don't have free weights. There was all so ample room to do my stretch out in the fitness center, The fitness center staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable! The fitness center is very clean and does not smell like a gym, the air is clean! The banana's, apples are great in the morning. It would be nice to have a few oranges also. The beach is very clean. No trash anywhere! Breakfast is superb, the staff very helpful, enjoyable and personable! Dinner was very good. Though we only got two eat there two nights because they were booked. One night we ate at Mathews, another night at Water's edge, both were ok. the other four nights we ate at the bar, while at the bar I noticed seven to eight tables open all night> Not sure what that was because of people cancelling their reservations, or a shortage of staff to serve the tables properly? We also appreciate the staff al being in uniform. Clean and very professional looking! The security staff also was very professional, if you looked for them you could find them, but you never felt like you were being watched, or guarded!

The room was big, bed was great, we had a balcony. It was abs great! The property is maintained regularly, they even painted the wall in fitness as it needed it. Location is the best at the island, the beach and the sea- ahhhh beautiful. We loved every minute there.

The beach was beautiful as was the turquoise waters. The beach staff were friendly and always happy

It would have been nice to have have some type of indoor area to relax in and get out of the sun/heat rather trhan going to your room

Very relaxing, adults only retreat . Love the atmosphere and staff. Love the amenities. Will definitely be back.

Maybe an optional pool with a swim up bar…….maybe ….. and definitely teach the the room attendants to install the shower drain properly , it stinks something horrible if they don’t and it lets gases back up into the room .
