Excellent value for money. Friendly staff and well maintained clean room, bathroom and beddings. Daily cleaning was provided and staff was very considerate on flexible checkout. We got all amenities listed in the website and even got a free upgrade to King size bedroom. Great location with just a few mins walk to Cooma city centre (coles, woolies, restaurants, servos, chain hires etc)

Wifi signal strength was too weak. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel was an older style Motel, but well laid out and well maintained. Overall, it was excellent value for money and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I paid a lot more at other places and got a lot less. This motel was a very good choice

We ate breakfast in town. Friendly, helpful staff. Norman was particularly helpful in offering us a garage for our unlockable vintage car during our stay.

I accidentally left an expensive commemerative shirt on a hanger in the room when I checked out. I realised my mistake the following day. I contacted reception, but unfortunately it had disappeared by then. Unfortunate, but these things happen. Great news, I got a phone call from Cooma Motor Lodge telling me that my shirt had been found in the laundry and has been posted to my home at no charge. Above and beyond! Eleven out of ten!!!

We were upgraded to a king room when we got there. I had meant to ask for a ground floor unit but forgot however they were able to accommodate that. It was located on the main road but it was very quiet and I didn’t even hear the trickiest leaving early the next morning

Nothing really. It was an older motel but still with everything you would need and very clean.

We stay for a night and after hard working day , the motel is so close to our work side and everything what we did also closer by , food etc . we have a comfortable bed and nice and clean , we will stay again on next time , thank you . they did a good job .

We want's to pick something that don't like however we couldn't find any , all good .

Possibly have a drying rack or an airer available in the room so we could hang up our wet ski clothes and boots allowing them all to dry properly over night

This is a good standard motel and although on the main street, there was no disturbance from traffic noise. The room was perfectly adequate with good heating and basic tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location within easy walking distance to central business district. On arrive given free room upgrade, which was exceptional clean and comfortable. Will definitely add Cooma Motor Lodge Motel to my list of motels to stay at when motoring up and down Monaro Highway.

Helpful staff, everything in the room worked, clean floor and, oh mighty god, the bathroom door got hooks to put your clothing on. My faith in humanity and Australian hospitality industry is restored.
