The Nebula is very close to the town centre, you can walk to any of the restaurants, club, or the great pub -The Cooma Hotel. The lady on reception was very friendly and extremely helpful with info about eateries in town. The room, although being in what is essentially an old motel which has been modernised (and is therefore a bit small), has a new bathroom, air-conditioning, and TV. There is also an Aldi capsule coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable! It is faultlessly clean (a huge plus!!). Despite the negative mentioned in this review, we've stayed in worse, and the cleanliness saved everything!

The main light in our room did not work, so everything was very dimly lit in the night and morning. The room has no open-able windows, so there is no fresh air! In a very small 'old school' motel room, not so pleasant for sleeping.

Check in person was so friendly and polite. Room was very clean , and modern. Nice selection of tea and coffee to accompany the kettle and fridge. Linens on bed were clean and modern. Location is good for local eateries. Outside spaces of motel are very clean and well kept. Very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our experience and I’m glad I picked this hotel! We got a family room as there was a few of us. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and Netflix on the TV! The products like shampoo and conditioner that are supplied in the bathroom were lovely too. Great scent and nicely presented!

The reception is very nice and friendly, we arrived on 1 jun 25, I dont know her name and i just want to say thank you for your kind and help. The room was fabolous, the toilet very clean, the towel clean and the bed sheet clean. I been travel to brisbane, gold coast, melbourne, canbera, this is the first motel that i really impreased. Nebula Motel please keep it this way please please look after ... for sure i will coming back and recoment this motel to my family and friend.

The hotel is in the heart of Cooma, amongst the cafes, pubs and shops. The room was clean and large enough for the 2 of us. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, plates etc, wine glasses provided, tea & coffee. Comfortable bed. As we were there during August the bed had an electric blanket & the AC. Kept us very warm. I loved that the bed cover was a doona cover and not a bed spread as often used in some motels. This way you know the bed it fitted with clean bed covers. It made it feel more cosy & comfortable. Bathroom had all you needed for your stay. Great place to stay for it location & price.

Clean, modern, stylish room. Cosy/Comfy bed - lots of pillows. Hot overhead "rain" shower. Plenty of toiletries/Fluffy towels. Microwave/kettle/toaster in room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Guide Dog/disability friendly - which is important to us. Although it's illegal to refuse a guide dog, after nearly 10 years travelling with my legally blind husband and his best mate/mobility aid, sadly, we still have to fight for our rights in many places around the country. Huge thanks to everyone at Nebula for your courtesy and professionalism.

A very clean and cozy room. Amenities were great. We had a nice sofa, table and chairs within our room, which allowed us to socialise with our friends during our stay. The staff member who called us was super friendly and bubbly, and helped us prepare before our arrival, which was so very helpful after a long day of travelling. Will stay here again!

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the room was a good size and layout for a family of 4. The staff were friendly and it was a convenient location to supermarkets, clubs and restaurants and just over an hour to the snow.

It would have been great to have breakfast at the motel.

The rooms have been updated, so modern facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable. It’s fantastic to have the car just outside the room, making it a stress free stop. Close to shops and food. Really easy, friendly and helpful check- in.

Only issue was the sound, we could hear the people in the room next door talking loudly. The people were also sitting outside and smoking. Not the motel’s fault.

We stayed one night at this motel it was really good the staff was good as well we took a family room they provided different towels to everyone everything was nice the only problem was they need to upper bunk bed properly coz I slept there and I found hair on the metres

Our room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and showers were hot. Being able to park outside the unit was a plus. The lovely receptionist was very welcoming and offered local advice about dining possibilities- which we took on board and had a great meal at the ex-services club. We will definitely stay again when we travel south! Within walking distance to the Main Street and park.
