We loved our stay here! The villa was cozy and perfect for our family of four, with a double bed and a bunk bed. The gas heater warms the room up quickly, and we never felt cold at all. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. We also loved the beautiful views — you can see the lake and even kangaroos right from the yard window! It’s just a 40-minute drive to Selwyn Snow Resort — super convenient. A warm, comfortable place that really feels like home. Highly recommend!

The staff at reception is not warm. No smile and not enough patience.

Everything but the pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, beds and furnishings were fine.

The only major detraction was the pillows - thick and hard. Unable to get a good night's sleep because of the pillows. The shower required a little patience to set the taps and then seemed to gradually become cooler, so needed regular increments of the hot tap - but this was OK and a hot shower was always achievable.

We liked the view, the nature around, the location, the fact that staff members were nice and helpful

The fact that it was cold inside despite the air conditioning, the fact that sofa, mugs, or carpeting were dirty.

The service provided by Booking.com. We never got the room booked as the village did not have ground floor apartments. Booking.com will not respond to emails or own their mistake. Shame, shame, shame on you.

Every thing is perfect but the network problem if they provide wifi facalite it will b very good

The cabin was cosy and comfortable for a mid-winter stay with 2 parents and 2 young adult offspring. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It is a quiet location not near town (which should be obvious).

Loved the view and the visiting kangaroos every morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans appropriate for large groups, serving ware were also perfect. Every bed had an electric blanket and that was surprisingly enough to keep us all warm thru the old winter nights. The 2 heaters kept the large space extra toasty. We were a group of 15, 8 adults and 7 kids staying in a large cabin, there were plenty of room for all of us to have our own space.

Expect no reception and wifi but that could also be a good thing. Had some mild supernatural experiences altho some might love that kind of thing. Couldnt really find any faults.

It is good ideal place fir a bif family we where 4 family ..getting accomidation for big family was difficult and we found this place online we booked .. It was clean kitchen was spacious lot of vessels to cook . Bathroom was bit small .if owner can spend some money they can make bathroom even better . Value fir the money . Bonus we could see kangaroos..early morning sun rise .

The area is beautiful and peaceful. Lots of Australian native animals to see roaming around the area. Sunset at the lake is the best bit of this place. Maybe an hour and a half drive to Ski resorts but the landscape that you can see while driving is priceless. If you want a drive-thru to an authentic Australian farm and cattle land scenery as your backdrop, this is the place to be. Lastly,the staffs are very accomodating and friendly.

Beautiful spot. Helpful staff and the kangaroos were great.

I wish sheets could be provided for the bunk beds. It's a small thing but with three kids, sheets take up a lot of suitcase space.
